Poppy was very helpful
Poppy was very helpful, when we arrived she approached us and greeted us to the store and offered her assistance.
I had looked at the sofa I was interested in straight away and she gave us detailed information on the product she also gave us information on the other 2 sofas I had looked at and allowed us to browse the store.
It didn't take long to decide which I preferred and she gave us a detailed breakdown of cost delivery and also got us a little discount very pleased with the service.

Staff was Welcoming and helpful.
Emma was extremely helpful and welcoming, didn’t feel strangled by floor staff like similar places, in fact I had to go find a member of staff, looking forward to our new sofa !

Quality service
I had a positive overall experience, and the process felt straightforward from start to finish. The staff were helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed. No pressure buying or being followed around like some other furniture stores do... just help available when we needed it... that help came from Nicola who was lovely and helped us through the choosing/buying process. Highly recommend DFS Wednesbury store.
