Met 3 different people at different times when looking for a sofa. All 3 were brilliant. Very helpful and polite. Bought 2 sofas and 1 chair. Staff were very knowledgeable.

We first visited the Westwood cross store on Friday, we were met by the incredible Roger, he was absolutely fantastic, we viewed the great range in the store we prefer to see things in front of us rather then online, the store looked great and once we had picked our sofa and a Swivel cuddle chair. Roger was nothing short of Incredible he answered all our questions and was so informative, we decided to go home and measure up and make sure that it was definitely the sofa we wanted for our home, we then came back today and was able to pick up were we left off a lovely lady offered us a drink whilst we waited, Roger ran through everything with us again and offered us all different options and services, whilst having a good natter, he made us feel at ease, welcomed and really listened to us, unlike other shops we have visited previously, Roger wasn’t pushy at all, he was just fantastic, and has made our experience so fun, thank you Westwood cross store!

The sales man Roger was very attentive and informative about the sofa we chose.
He was also very knowledgable about the company which he seemed very proud to be part of.
The buying of our new loveseat was very easy which was great,he even made me and my husband a cup of tea which was kind of him.

The service was amazing we was with Mandy and she helped me out so much and she was so lovely and very helpful and my two girls was getting abit overwhelmed and she got colouring out for them and my girls was so happy 😊 she helped me fill out the forms to get the sofa I feel in love with thankyou so much also the other man working there was so lovely too

We spent a good few hrs in the Broadstairs shop. They answered all our questions, we changed our minds on 2 sofas but they stuck with us, we was offered coffee and tea too. Nothing was too much. Thank you DFS

Paul, Francesca and Mandy were excellent when helping me pick my new sofa

Mandy introduced herself soon after we arrived in store and said if we had any questions or needed advice we could ask her. We browsed round without being bothered by anyone, which was perfect, but you could always see someone if you needed help.
When I had almost decided on a sofa, Mandy appeared, and was able to answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable about the products, and found me a suitable foot stool to match my sofa. She also talked me through the sofa care 5 year plan, which I purchased. Absolutely perfect service.

Paul was so friendly, helpful and informative without being pushy. He gave valuable advice on my first visit when I came to just have a look around so I returned within a few days and happily made my purchase.
