DFS Furniture - Westwood Cross Avis 

Just wanted to thank the amazing Mandy who helped me navigate what for me was quite a large purchase. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Talked me right through everything so I knew what will happen next and all the way through to caring for my sofa. Her knowledge and questioning of my needs were on point and this helped me to make the correct decision in choosing the right product. Thank you Mandy, you really made our day!!

We first visited the Westwood cross store on Friday, we were met by the incredible Roger, he was absolutely fantastic, we viewed the great range in the store we prefer to see things in front of us rather then online, the store looked great and once we had picked our sofa and a Swivel cuddle chair. Roger was nothing short of Incredible he answered all our questions and was so informative, we decided to go home and measure up and make sure that it was definitely the sofa we wanted for our home, we then came back today and was able to pick up were we left off a lovely lady offered us a drink whilst we waited, Roger ran through everything with us again and offered us all different options and services, whilst having a good natter, he made us feel at ease, welcomed and really listened to us, unlike other shops we have visited previously, Roger wasn’t pushy at all, he was just fantastic, and has made our experience so fun, thank you Westwood cross store!
