Barney was very helpful and friendly . Wasn't pushy and gave us space when needed to decide what we wanted. Very knowledgeable also on thw different products available

Customer service was really good. Not too pushy understood what we wanted. Spoke to manager who rang another store, which had our furniture in for visual purposes. Didn’t rush us and gave us space. To look around the shown room. She was really nice.

All the staff were really helpful , not pushy at all. We ended up speaking to Emily and she took us outside to view the fabrics in daylight which was super helpful. Would recommend anyone to go here if only for the lovely staff.

The lady who helped me was wonderful sadly I can’t remember her name but her daughter is called Mina and she works in IKEA2 doors down.
She was very helpful. I’m very professional. She listened to what I had to say and we chose accordingly. Can’t speak highly enough about her. Thank you so much.

We visited a number of furniture shops to try and find what we wanted. DFS were the only place that had what we wanted for the price.

Very helpfull staff

We were offered help and advice from two members of staff who were both pleasant and informative.

From walking in to purchasing a corner setee to walking out think took 25minutes how seriously amazing while brouseing met with jordon gamble such polite well mannered guy
offering his help if we needed then he let us brouse the shop with out any bother when we found a corner we was stuck on he came to chat with us shown. Many fabric colours also told us about the protection which I’m so happy about and to have also he told us about the donation to charity which we could even win our setee now that’s something to look out for and didn’t hesitate to purchase too so big thank you to jordon Every think is filled sighned emailed and. on order carnt wait so exited if we do win our purchase I’ll be back to buy all our setee extras. Full 5 star rating from us have a seriously good day jordon

We had an excellent experience discussing and purchasing our new sofas, table and cushions. All our questions were answered clearly and purchasing decisions were double checked before we completed the purchase paperwork. The whole process was relaxed, unpressured and professionaly completed. We came away feeling happy we’d made the right purchase decisions and confident in the product. Well done DFS and Craig.

Really helpful, very good hospitality, all questions answered and was reassured with confirmation.

Promised 7 day delivery, still haven’t been told when delivery will take place and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. The people in the shop were friendly and helpful. The customer service after has been dreadful. Constantly told to wait 72 for updates for nothing to arrive after 72 hours and be told to wait another 72 hours.

Paid for the sofa in full and still no idea when it’s going to arrive.

Update: DFS have said it was for a cancelled order, this is because DFS cancelled the order and put on the same order again, when I said I would pay everything upfront. I think this shows the attention to detail
