Quick service spoiled by the extortionate cost of postage
I'm grateful that you had the exact replacement for our broken stable door catch in stock.
The delivery was quick.
But the price of postage was extortionate 😠
The catch cost £11-30 the postage £14-00.
The catch weighed less than 50 grammes and was 50x16x25 mm in size easily fitting the smallest jiffy bag.
I reckon a first class stamp would have been sufficient.
It may have been to be do with the fact we live just north of Inverness, but if it is, that's a very poor excuse.

Excellent service
I was very pleased to be able to source an identical replacement lock for a door that is over 25 years old. I received the multipoint lock - which was well packed - on a Wed just after midday just 24 hours after ordering on the day before, installed the following morning after which the door was back in service in perfect working order.

We do try to highlight on the product page that screws and spindles are not included. This is because different door and window materials require specific screw lengths and types, and a standard set won't work for every situation.
