A first class professional service. I was given an appointment for an ultrasound within a day of booking it. The venue I was offered was at my local medical clinic so no travelling involved for me.

The procedure was explained to me clearly and I was seen on time.

The medical staff were both friendly and caring and put me completely at ease. I had a good outcome from the ultrasound so very happy with the excellent experience from the booking team and the medical team on the day. I recommend this organisation very highly.

My experience at Ratby Medical Centre today was faultless. The centre is very accommodating with great facilities, and I was requested to be there 10 minutes before my appointment and the staff were almost waiting for me. I cannot fault the proffesionalism and courtesy of the medical personel who carried out the ultra sound scan. The venue was modern with plenty of parking. Ratby Medical Centre had a light and airy waiting area and easy access receptionists.

Very good experience, referred there for an echocardiogram. Efficient service to book onto, availability of appointments and location was convenient. Also to note what an excellent individual I was seen by, he was very professional, put me at ease and was very comforting despite the slightly awkward echocardiogram in 30 degree heat. He spoke me through what he was doing and asked permission beforehand, and was reassuring. Very respectful and knowledgable member of staff

I was seen fairly quickly after booking my appointment. I was seen on time and had an ultrasound scan.The nurse (or doctor ) were very professional and it was a lovely clean environment.

The whole process was smooth and on time.I received clear instructions for my ultrasound and received confirmation email with adress.My ultrasound did on time by staff and the both ladies were polite and kind.I highly recommended.

I attended an ultrasound appointment today at Darlaston Health Centre (Modality Darlaston Practice).

The reception staff members were absolutely fantastic on helping me to book in.

The person conducting my ultrasound Naseem Bari was very professional, polite, patient and clear with his instructions ,Also his assistant Jahanat was absolutely fantastic on assisting Naseem and helping me with the process.

As this was my first time attending this practice I would mist definitely be happy to return here in the future.

Within a week of seeing a doctor I was having an ultrasound scan which is impressive. There was virtually no waiting at the surgery and I was seen by the medical professionals. Both made me feel seen and listened to and answered my questions. They were thorough and highly approachable. Thank you both very much. I left the surgery feeling better than I did walking in!
