Diagnostic World Avis 

Within a week of seeing a doctor I was having an ultrasound scan which is impressive. There was virtually no waiting at the surgery and I was seen by the medical professionals. Both made me feel seen and listened to and answered my questions. They were thorough and highly approachable. Thank you both very much. I left the surgery feeling better than I did walking in!

Very polite staff in and out in 20mins, very convenient center to get too. Booking service was helpfull as I was going on holliday so they arranged my appointment for after my holliday.

As I am Deaf and BSL user, Diagnostic World team (Maidstone, Kent) booked online interpreter for access to my communication with staff which is fantastic!! They were very polite, patiently, explained clearly. Highly recommended this service!!

The Diagnostic service provided by staff during the booking process of my medical scan was very quick, efficient and accommodating.
Also Gemie Cuenca at Two Steeples Medical Centre delivered a superbly empathetic and attentive service professionally, she was also gentle and caring during my pelvic scan and internal examination. It's the first time I've met such a lovely healthcare professional that made me feel at ease during health issues. A huge thank you!

Fast clean and friendly service good staff

I was put at ease from the moment I walked into the room, both members of staff were very friendly.
Everything was explained thoroughly and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions, I highly recommended this centre

The effort to contact patient and book them in was amazing. Appointment details were shared with the patient in a cordially manner. The staff on site Erum Shaikh and Seema were very professional, listened to my concerns and carried out the ultrasound in a very gentle way ensuring I was not in any pain. I had an Ultrasound scan at Glenfield surgery 11.06.26. I have read a few negative comments here but, My experince was 110% positive. The staff are friendly, helpful, informative and very professional. I would highly recomend this surgery to Anyone.
