Dial A Dog Wash Avis 

I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolute 5 stars all round for everything. I've had years of trouble trying to find a groomer for my dog Ollie, but we've had nothing but problems and nasty comments from previous companies - telling me me put my dog down because he doesn't like being groomed etc. This lovely woman found me and asked me to bring my Ollie to her instead and it's the best decision I ever made. He is a lot less stressed and actually loves going to be groomed now. He's a completely different dog and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, reliable and fairly priced. My dog is really anxious around strangers especially men and with being a large breed this put some groomers off. Josie and Gary have worked wonders with her and she’s now much more confident and I feel a lot more relaxed when she is groomed. She always smells amazing afterwards and her coat feels so soft and it lasts weeks. I couldn’t recommend DADW Burscough enough, we’d never go anywhere else.

I have been looking everywhere for trusted dog groomers that would take the time with my husky and wasn't scared of how big he is and how vocal he can be. And you are the best and he smells and looks amazing. So thank you

Josie and Gary have been excellent with both dogs, our labrador looks forward to his regular bath and my Mum's Shih Tzu who also gets a regular cut and bath is a very nervous dog but always comes away happy, excellent customer service and really competitive prices - keep up the amazing work DADW Burscough!

Excellent service from Josie, I have two Dobermans that live outside so they get very dirty, Josie comes once a month to groom them - she took the time to get to know both dogs and gain their trust.
They look so shiny and clean when she’s finished her magic.
Highly recommend.

First time using Dial a dog wash today and I am so impressed. Lorna and another lady (not sure of her name) were so lovely to my 5 year old cockapoo Nelly. They took time at the beginning of the appointment to get to know Nelly and make sure she felt comfortable. Nelly had a lot of knots in her fur and the ladies managed to get all of the knots out and left her looking and smelling amazing. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

For 7 years Curtis groomed my 2 Shih Tzus. From day one my pooches trusted Curtis...to the point my Marley gave him a kiss....that in itself was huge, the little munchkin NEVER kissed anyone 🤣. I've never had any reason to complain about their grooming, perfect every time. I can't recommend them enough. If I could giveore than 5 stars, I would.

Very happy with the service. My 2 springer spaniels were very overdue and hairy and stinky! They really enjoyed not having to travel anywhere and came out smelling amazing. They are 12 years old but are behaving like puppies since their experience. Thank you Bob - see you again.

Josie has been grooming Eddie since a puppy; he is a cocker spaniel and very nervous and does not like the noise. Josie has been very patient with him and although he still needs to be lifted into the van - he comes out looking and smelling amazing, walking around all proud of his new hair cut. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that Josie & Gary have been out to groom Tilly-Mint and they are amazing with her. She’s a small mixed breed with some Chihuahua/Pug/Frenchie in the mix so doesn’t have a typical coat of just the one breed. I mentioned to them last time she has seasonal allergies so they used a sensitive shampoo on her and said oh she sheds a lot so they did a deshedding on her and it really helped. Tilly was less itchy and seemed a lot more comfortable as all the dead coat was out.
Tilly went off into the van with her usual Chihuahua grumble and once she was pampered she was carried out all sweet and gooey eyed as Gary had obviously won her over again…. She is a proper Diva lol
We love the Burscough team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, so friendly and you know your dogs are in safe hands….
We already have our October and December apt booked in!!!!!

I have been using dialadogwash in Salisbury, jo , she is the groomer, is just AMAZING, she is so gentle and caring with my 2 dachshunds Cléo &Bear.
She really is fantastic and I highly recommend her.

I signed up to use a particular dog groomer who covers the sutton coldfield area, she came to my property twice. She was due to visit on 20th May, but sent me a message to say her van has broken down and that she would make another appointment
I am still waiting!!!! Not impressed, I wouldn't recommend,.

I cannot thank Lorna and Bernie enough for the care they showed our dog, Barney this afternoon.
The way they groomed, washed him etc was excellent.
Being an elderly dog, they both went at his pace, making sure he was comfortable and at ease.
I am absolutely delighted with how they handled him and the end result was brilliant.
I will be using them regularly in the future.
Barney is very happy too!

Absolutely brilliant service from Kayleigh

First time we have used. We have a 14 yr old curly coat labradoodle. The two ladies who dealt with both my mum and our dog Bailey were amazing. They made my 82 yr old mum feel at ease as she really worries about Bailey, he is her life. Mum is also very fussy about how Bailey looks and she was delighted and has no worries now so happily rebooked. Really big thank you.

Really friendly and very reliable. Did a super job with our dogs especially our older dog who is really anxious both came back happy and smell great! Would recommend!
