Everything was great!
Everything was great. Was hoping to get the ring before May 4th, but I wanted some certifications on the ruby, and that held things up. No worries - we are headed to Hawaii and I'll pop the question there mid-June.

The customer service was great. The staff cares about the details. Communication is very quick and the team is excellent at solving any issue or addressing any concerns. The quality of their merchandise is amazing. I got an engagement ring and when it arrived it was even more spectacular than expected. Great staff, selection and final results!

I am very disappointed with Diamondere
I am very disappointed with Diamondere. The ring i purchased was appraised at $3,000.00 less then i paid. So, i took it to a 2nd appraiser and was told the same thing. I bought all natural stones. The center was supposed to be 2 caret Sapphire with a AAAA quality rating. What I received was a low-quality stone that was Heat treated to increase the sparkle and shine but by treating it the value was lowered. She still thinks it beautiful and loves her ring/ But if being scammed is how they do business it will be my last purchase with them. And i will do what i can to tell others my story.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your purchase. Your ring was handcrafted using a Natural AAAA Quality Sapphire and Natural Diamonds, as specified in your order. We have shared the certificate for your order and the stone with you.
Regarding the sapphire being heat treated, heat treatment is a standard and widely accepted industry practice for natural sapphires. The treatment is used to enhance color and clarity and is considered permanent and stable. The overwhelming majority of fine natural sapphires in the global jewelry market are heat treated, and this does not make the stone ‘low quality’ nor does it inherently diminish its value.
The appraisal figures you mentioned do not appear consistent with the specifications of the ring provided to you. We would appreciate the opportunity to review these appraisal reports so that our team can better understand the basis of those conclusions.
We also encourage obtaining an independent evaluation from a GIA-certified appraiser as our jewelry is typically appraised at approximately 120–175% of the purchase price, rather than at a local jeweler (since they are motivated to sell their own jewelry instead).
Not to worry, we stand behind our jewelry and will make sure you have exactly what you paid for.
Diamondère is a long-established designer and manufacturer of fine jewelry, and we take immense pride in operating with honesty, craftsmanship, and integrity. We would never intentionally misrepresent the quality or authenticity of the materials used in our jewelry.

Custom Wedding Ring
They were able to customize a wedding ring, and use alexandrite instead of the listed stone options. My fiancé LOVES his ring. They responded to my custom inquiry so fast, and when the ring finally shipped, they did overnight shipping! It was very secure, and easy! I appreciated that I had to show my ID and sign to accept the package. Overall, this experience blew my expectations out of the water!
