Ordered delayed twice when expedited shipping was paid for. They refunded shipping and gave a credit but still made a Mother’s Day gift over a week late.

I like how I was able to make the ring my own. I had a lot of options. I was also given a military discount! My ring is amazing and is able to be resized for free. I have ordered custom jewelry before. I had a great experience and the wait was short, the delivery was secure; appropriately, the box was double wrapped.

Diamondere did their very best to meet time line, even at short notice; they were honest, forthright, while being accommodating. The ring is lovely, too!
