Very easy to order. Product was much smaller than it appeared on the website. Chain came all knotted. Having a hard time trying to get customer service on the phone.

The ring arrived exactly as they said it would and it’s beautiful. The quality is exactly as you’d expect from any high end shop, the design is like nothing we’ve seen available in any shop, what more can I say… we are very happy customers and would definitely buy again! The hardest part of the whole process was trying to decide which ring to buy… there was so much choice!
