Order was delayed and the stone was cloudy.

This is my second time ordering from them. The quality is excellent. Will continue to order jewelry from this company.

I blundered in measuring the ring size and ordered a ring much to small. I was pleased that Diamondere stood by their pledge to send me the correct size.

My purchase went very well. I ordered what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. I followed the order on line. I was skeptical ordering a piece of jewelry on line but the quality is excellent. The choices were many too. I love my ring and it's the perfect anniversary gift from my husband. I would shop on Diamondere again without hesitation. The packaging for shipping was great too.

The jewelry was beautiful and came professionally packaged with a certificate of authenticity of the jewels on the ring. Everyone was very responsive and worked with me throughout the process of the order. Pleasure to work with and great designs.

My experience was smooth sailing, the piece arrived exactly when it was meant to and it's exactly what I wanted.

Very good support, confirms financial aspects of the transaction. Ring is beautiful. Also, got lucky according to my certificate of authenticity. My gem size must have been out of stock or something as the jeweler listed certification shows a .65 carat increase from what I ordered, also a .05 increase in the diamond carats. Ring looks gorgeous, sizing is perfect in all aspects from wear to look and integrity. Not sure if I’m 100% of the carat weight meaning or if there’s a difference but its perfect.

They followed the instructions and design I was looking for. I wanted my fiancé’s ring modeled after the one he created with this same company only different colour scheme. They were able to accommodate my price range with the gems I was looking for to put on the ring. Different from what he had put on mine.

Plus delivery, I looked on the page and it stated an ETA of 5 days passed the original Delivery date and it surprisingly came on the original date even passing through customs super quick!
I started my journey June 30’th, and went through a few changes, but I wanted his ring perfect. I was a little hesitant after finding out it was coming from Thailand; because of customs usually taking forever. But it shipped July 20’th and arrived July 22nd!!

Just got my ring and like what i see, a lot! Will take some time to see how it stands up but feel sure it will prove as durable as it is beautiful. Thank you, Diamondere.

Good looking ring for a decent price. The ring was sent via expedited shipping and arrived 3 days past the original expected date. Overall happy with the purchase. If it was to arrive on time it would be 5 stars.

Everything is perfect. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Vast customization, and personalization options. Site clear, and easy to use. Fantastic communication. This was basically my very first experience purchasing fine jewelry so can't honestly compare to other jewelers or prices. But I was extremely surprised at how affordable it was for what we got.

There was a slight delay in arrival, which caused a bit of panic as I wanted the ring by a certain date latest to propose to my girlfriend. But luckily it did arrive just in time with a day to spare.

Was a bit nervous about ordering my fiancé’s wedding ring online but, it’s absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly, thank you.
