Wonderful experience. Beautiful emerald and diamond band for my wife to commemorate the birth of our first born / baby daughter. The ordering was easy, follow up communications via email were proactive and courteous, packaged securely and presented in a beautiful box. High quality and a great value. The look on her face was the best part. I can confidently recommend Diamondere and will shop with them again.

Beautiful ring
Beautiful ring, arrived quicker than I expected it to arrive. The ring was the wrong size (my fault) but was resized free of charge. There was an issue with the ring when it was returned but that issue was quickly rectified by Diamondere!
All contact with the team was very professional and couldn't be happier with the ring!

First time to order jewelry online and I was extremely happy with my jewelry but unfortunately I needed to return it :( Diana and Diamondere customer service team helped me through it. Amazing customer service. If I will buy jewelry again absolutely I use Diamondere again!! Not only customer service is unbelievable but shipping and quality of the jewelry was great too. Absolutely recommend Diamondere :)

Such a brilliant company! The rings are beautiful and customer service is fantastic.
I originally had ordered the wrong size but Amanda and the team got my issue sorted within a few weeks. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received and the ring itself is beautiful. I cannot recommend enough!
