My mum's TV reception went off over last weekend. Digital Dimensions was recommended to us by a family member on the Monday (12th September) and Clinton arrived just a couple of hours after we contacted him. He quickly confirmed the problem was the aerial and replaced it with no fuss and then retuned the TV. He was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Digital Dimensions again and would be happy to recommend them.

Clinton from Digital Dimensions (Ipswich) really knows his stuff when it comes to cabling and aerials. We inherited a mysterious system of cables when we moved here which had resulted in poor TV reception. The signal strength and quality were both very weak and the TV kept dropping various stations despite us retuning it on numerous occasions. Clinton was extremely thorough in tracking down the problem talking us through what he thought was the best solution to our conundrum. He repaired an external booster system and we now have 100% signal strength and quality on all stations. Not only was he extremely professional and polite, the work was all carried out for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Clinton and Digital Dimensions to anyone who needs a TV problem fixed.
