I left a 1* review about 3 months ago regarding a gold tear drop bracelet gifted to me, which lost its colour completely, having advertised itself as wearable everyday (which I did). DH responded immediately and offered to re-coat the bracelet at no extra cost to me. They paid to pick up and deliver the bracelet, and within a month, I have my bracelet back, looking wonderful again. Thank you Dinny Hall your service was faultless and I will ensure I remove my bracelet after wearing and hope to treasure it for years to come.

I contacted them to see if they would do a next day delivery and they came back to me within the hour and arranged for the bangle to be sent to me next day even when they don’t do that as standards. It arrived in time for an anniversary. Great customer service

I have been ordering earrings from Dinny Hall for years. They are beautiful and made to last and I couldn’t live without my large pair of hooped earrings. I have been to the Bicester Village Dinny Hall outlet shop on a few occasions and each time I have been welcomed with very friendly and helpful staff. This shop is a fantastic addition to Bicester Village and I very much hope it will remain. I have bought a ring for myself and my daughter and a necklace. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive on each occasion, making it a pleasure to shop there. The jewellery selection is excellent with a price to suit all, with some fantastic deals to be had.
I highly recommend a visit if in Bicester Village.

I have just had the most amazing customer experience from Daisy in the customer services team . I lost one of my Dinny Hall earrings sometime ago and only recently found out that Dinny Hall will sell you a single earring!! Daisy arranged it all for me and I’ll have my replacement in the next few days. AMAZING!!! If only all jewellery companies were as forward thinking.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of their opal and diamond studs for my birthday a few years ago and I recently lost 1 somehow. I could not see them being stocked on the website anymore so I emailed to ask if I could buy just one of them, they allowed me to buy 1 and even gave me a 20% discount as a goodwill gesture which was so kind! I was over the moon that I could buy 1 as they’re very special earrings to me. Their customer service is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them more! Daisy was especially helpful.
