Excellent customer service
I find the designs minimalist and elegant, quite unique really. I can't say the materials are particularly solid but can't say the opposite either.
What I have really been impressed with is the customer support.
I emailed DinnyHall when I lost one of my earrings on a night out and they offered to send me a replacement for free very promptly.
Just splendid, I shall continue to support them.

On my third set of replacements.
I ordered two necklaces from Dinny hall. The first set arrived tarnished and had to be returned. Then after getting the new ones after one week (where I kept them in the bag when not using) one fell apart and had to be returned. I'm now on the third set. It's just terrible quality, especially for the money.

Buyer Beware!
My husband bought me the Elyhara diamond necklace for my birthday and we were both utterly disappointed.The diamond is not just small,it’s practically invisible.
Massively overpriced.Buyer beware

Amazing customer service and beautiful quality jewellery
I have a couple of pieces of jewellery from Dinny Hall and they are exceptional quality. I had a slight problem with one of my purchases recently and they were extremely quick to resolve this. I cannot fault their customer service, lovely staff who wanted to sort the problem ASAP.
I also received a necklace as a present a year ago for my birthday. I accidentally broke the chain and contacted them asking if I could pay to get it fixed. No questions asked they fixed the necklace free of charge!
I will continue to shop with Dinny Hall for their amazing customer service and high quality gorgeous jewellery. Thank you!

My fiancée loves Dinny Hall…
My fiancée loves Dinny Hall jewellery and it was her birthday during lockdown so it meant I couldn't go into the store to get something for her... Fortunately Alice in the web team was able to guide me to buy some stunning drop earrings and they arrived just 2 days later! 100% at ease with buying from them both online and in-store and my lady loves her new earrings!

Amazing customer service
The chain on one of my Dinny Hall necklaces which I wear all the time recently broke and the customer service team has been outstanding. They have been in regular contact, have fixed my necklace and are now posting it back to me. I love Dinny Hall products and can’t fault their customer service.

amazing staff poor product
The staff at the store was amazing . Unfortunately the pieces weren't good quality . You could see that the pieces are basic and theres no much attention to detail and design . Over priced for whats on offer .

That expression 'you get what you pay…
That expression 'you get what you pay for' sums up this ranger rather aptly. Very attractive pieces but flimsy and not durable. I have purchased several pieces over the years and they have not worn well despite being careful.
