Great customer service over the phone. Helped with any questions I had.

Very fast delivery and good product.

Bought a CarPlay for Christmas for my son’s fiesta. It took a few weeks to receive it but the company was brilliant at responding to my emails and it was delivered just in time for Christmas. Works perfectly and was easy to install. My son loves it.

Very quick delivery. The items delivered were exactly as ordered and the company were very helpful throughout.

The team at Diversion have been so helpful start to finish with my tentbox. Can't rate them highly enough.

After waiting a little too long for wind deflectors for my son's POLO, they arrived very well packaged, but still when i finally got to fit them and unpackaged, they were cracked in half. After only one email and a few days, a new set arrived. I couldn't ask for more from a customer service point of view. Well done Diversion...

Brilliant customer service super fast shipping. 10/10

Order placed since June 27, today is October 13, I still haven't received anything, the package is apparently "lost" I have a response every 2 weeks, I'm starting to lose patience, give me my money back

I travelled across from Manchester after getting my appointment booked to fit my new custom wheel supplied from Diversion themselves. From start to finish the experience and level of customer service was outstanding! including the cute little dogo called chunky 🐶 who made that anticipated revel of the steering wheel worth it! Thanks again

Bought a carbon fiber bonnet for my Polo GTI and had it fitted too. Was really pleased with the service offered and the owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. Have ordered other parts for my car too and always pleased with the service, will definitely use them again.

Had a problem with evri and they sorted it pretty quickly 5/5

First time ordering from these. Had a steering wheel personalised the team got it down to a T. Spot on definitely recommend

Yet another great product and delivered as described once again. Quick easy transaction can't fault the company from start to finish. Thanks again.
