Wrong size tracks delivered

Wrong size tracks delivered. Delivery made Monday 4th May now 20th May still waiting for correct tracks to be delivered. Details/size in the order were checked & all correct. Someone must have read the sizes incorrectly during the production/manufacturing process. I have to keep ringing for a update. To say slightly disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We understand your frustration and it is always disappointing to hear that our products haven't met customers expectations. The images which you provided have been circulated to the relevant departments and will be investigated further internally and with our panel supplier.

However I can confirm that after your initial contact replacement orders were raised. Our delivery company have offered dates which I can see have been declined. The orders are currently back with the scheduling team for a new date to be provided, however we have escalated this to higher management and asked for this to be prioritised.

Aside from the delivery date which I trust will be provided asap, if there is anything else we can assist with please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.

Not great

Not great. Booked everything through B&Q and thought installation was added. Got home only to find it hadn’t been added. Had to phone Spacepro to add installation only to be told it couldn’t be added and the only way was to cancel the order and to reorder everything again and include installation with the new order. How ridiculous is that. I just cancelled and got a full refund.

After completing an internal investigation on your order, it is clear that the correct ordering process was not followed in store.

The website which your order was placed on is for end consumers who order directly from ourselves where there is an option to add installation. B&Q store colleagues have a separate internal system that they should use to raise orders on behalf of their customers where the option of installation is now available.

It seems as though there is a training issue with this store which we will address and provide further training on their processes.

Ok, but terrible drawers

Doors and interior stansions were fine, and easy enough to install for a diy-er. The drawer kits have been a nightmare: just a flimsy design, the drawer bottoms have failed in less than a year requiring adding strengtheners that should have been included.

The soft close which is part of the door is not covered under the guarantee
These doors are purchased and fitted in Jones Homes new builds ,so that tells you everything about the quality

Absolutely thrilled with my wardrobes

Absolutely thrilled with my wardrobes. I was a little nervous of ordering online but having used Sharps at our last property and being very disappointed with them and also seeing poor reviews for Hammonds, I decided to give Spacepro a try and I'm so glad I did. Same look and finish for less than half the price. The wardrobes are excellent quality and the fitter that came was amazing. He took time to listen to how I wanted the internal layout and I'm really impressed with end product. Would definitely recommend.

Surprise B&Q deal with this company …

Brought though B&Q catalogue dealt directly through own website due made to measure
Customer service terrible.when emailed them and quoted B&Q catalogue they said DID NOT know what was in the B&Q catalogue
I paid a lot of money and would not deal with them again

Easy guide to follow regarding…

Easy guide to follow regarding measurements, the online tutorials were good as well except there is no mention where to position the middle door soft closure catch, it was a case of fitting it as per the outer doors with one screw, close the door and measure the offset then move the catch accordingly. Apart from that all fine and they look good.

Terrible customer service

Ordered Shaker doors and tracking set in oak.
Top rail was bent and not an 90 degree angle as shown on all the documents, so would not fit flush in the space. Contacted customer service and they asked me for pictures, which I sent. I explained that we needed this sorting asap as we were needing to fit them.
Never heard back from customer service.
So disappointing.

After carrying out some internal investigations, I can see that our Customer Support team sent your email query to both our QC and Trackset Production teams for their feedback.

It was confirmed that our top tracks are not rolled in our factory to a 90 degree angle and will not cause any issued with the installation of the doors.

After reviewing the product online and the instructions, there is no reference to the top track being made to a 90 degree angle. This was also confirmed in the email back to yourself 04/09/25.

Please accept our apologies for the initial delay in getting this information back to yourself, this will be discussed with the relevant teams.

Quality and Price do not match! Think before ordering.

No problem with the doors or track and these look good/ but the tower units with drawers are poorly manufactured. All orders are delivered direct from the manufacturer - there is no blame on the stores selling these products. Ordered 3 units. One very badly damaged - now returned. Order unpacked and damage reported on Monday 7 July. This was well packaged - so all the damage happened before packaging, but was still sent out … quality control? It would have saved a lot of time and effort if this had been dealt with at source - took 30 days from collection date(Fri 18 July) and a lot of emails to get my refund (Sun17 Aug). Second unit - again damaged, but not as obvious. Have accepted as wardrobe has been built, but lacking tower units for over a month. Also no hanging rail supports supplied with this unit - still trying to get these. Third unit - this was shelves only arrived in good condition. The full wardrobe (2 doors and 2 internal units) cost £1000. Poor quality based on what is being supplied - this does not reflect the price paid. At this price I do not expect two separate problem items. Only doors ordered via B&Q. Shelf Tower and First Drawer Tower Unit ordered from The Range. Second Drawer Tower unit ordered from Toolstation.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was affected by a damaged item. I have found your orders and can see that the Towers were delivered 2nd July and the damage was reported to ourselves by the Retailer on 15th July. A collection was then raised and booked for 18th July and we refunded the Retailer on 30th July.

After reviewing the photos that were sent, I am confident that the damage was not caused due to a manufacturing fault and looks more consistent with transport damage. However, we will investigate this further internally with the relevant departments to see if any improvements can be made.

Again with regards to the missing brackets, this was reported to ourselves 20th August and a replacement order was raised the same day. The brackets have been dispatched via DHL and you should have by now received the tracking information.

Once again, apologies that your experience has reflected in a 1* review but if you require any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ordered black sliding doors in B&Q

Ordered black sliding doors in B&Q. The doors and track set came as planned. One piece of track set(top) was damaged and curved. So I couldnt fit the doors. Tried to arrange exchange in B&Q but without any result so far. Couldnt find any customer support for spacepro customers. Very dissapointed. You buy a stuff you can’t use 👍🏼 order nr 1053588307

Easy to get my measurements checked through a home visit , I was given some very helpful ideas with my wardrobes which I accepted and the fitter did all the changes needed for my order , very well fitted good job all round in a reasonable time scale.

Cheap Quality, No Customer Support

Spent a lot on a Spacepro sliding wardrobe kit — poor quality and even worse service. Tried to exchange two unused doors, was told I’d have to return the whole kit. No flexibility, no help.

Even offered to buy parts to fix it myself — they weren’t interested. For the price, the quality is shocking and the customer service is non-existent. Never again.

Missed items of delivery

End panel missing from the delivery so unable to start installing the doors, still waiting for the end panel 4 weeks later!….
Didn’t seem to care after manufacturing and transferring to their delivery company, shocking service with next to no way of contacting the delivery company for updates.
Wouldn’t recommend!

After some investigation, I can see that there was an initial system error with the End panel and Liners not pulling through to manufacturing when the order was released. However this was dealt with and the order was raised after your initial call to our Customer Support team.
It does look like our delivery company Kinetic's have sent a couple of texts to try and schedule a delivery date for the outstanding items but unfortunately they weren't responded to. However delivery has now been confirmed for 05/06/25 between 9am-12pm.
