Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer and shocking for a higher end brand. Over 2 weeks and no movement on my order, have sent over 10 emails to customer service and not one reply. Will be reporting to credit card company as this is borderline fraudulent trading.

The worst company ever! And really wish I would have read the reviews first! Ordered 6 days ago and paid £12 for delivery which stated 3-6 days with not even a single update. My order was £120, the phone number doesn’t work, emailed 3 times and twice on instagram with no response! I really don't know what to do..

DKNY (Don't Knowingly (PURCHASE) Never Yeah!)
Purchased many items from their online store. They were delivered one at a time and it took over a month to receive my products. Also, deliveries were dropped off (without notifications, that they were being dropped off) by random people, who wouldn't even ring the doorbell, and at all times of the day/night.
One of the items was too big so I wanted to do an exchange. What an absolute nightmare! If I had known I would never have purchased anything from their website.
Firstly, trying to find a way to do the return was frustrating. Finally finding it, I had to navigate through all the rules of the return. So, number 1: I had to pay the postage return. 2: It would be deducted from my return. The price of my purchase was $97. The deduction would be $58. 3. Exchange would mean me returning the item and then making a separate purchase of the item.
Tried to get online help numerous times. Then, sent email with no response.
I will never purchase from this company again! And, if I could give zero stars, I would!
Deceptive from start to finish
The product I received, after a significant delay, was much larger than expected. When trying it on, with the original price tag still attached, it felt more like a sleeping bag than a fashionable coat. Navigating their website to figure out the return process and obtain a refund was challenging. Once I located the return instructions, I learned they would deduct a $28 return shipping fee. While expensive, I agreed. They stated that refunds would be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, as confirmed by the tracking information.
However, despite following up twice, the refund took much longer than promised. To make matters worse, DKNY initially claimed they would deduct $28 for return shipping but ended up charging me $64 instead. When I reached out to customer service to question the additional $36 charge, their delayed response offered no explanation and simply asserted that the fee was "correct."
The entire experience was frustrating and felt deceptive from start to finish.
A brand new sweater with stains on it… That’s what I saw when I opened the package
I received my order after a few weeks… It was a beautiful red sweater as depicted in the picture.
It had two stains. …..two stains on the front of the sweater….. it was as though somebody were eating their lunch while packing the sweater… Not only that I am an extra small the sweater said extra small. It was absolutely medium. There was no way it was an extra small.
I cannot believe Donna Karan would have her name associated with this online selling….
It is an absolute disgrace to her, Label….

Please don't order online from DKNY. They are unfriendly staff. I ordered and paid priority delivery for 3 business days. They took 1 week to ship the product. Very horrible experience

I ordered a bag off the DKNY.com site, at first I was skeptical of the purchase, and started panicking when I could not see the order being shipped, however after 10 Days, they used another warehouse depot in the US to ship, from that warehouse they then shipped to me in South Africa, and on my profile I noticed the order was fulfilled, I eventually received a tracking number that the package would arrive with DHL, however DHL did not have my correct address and kept picking up an old address of mine, I spoke with DHL after receiving all the tracking and they managed to correct my address, my bag arrived 12 days later, and it was exactly what I ordered, I am happy with the product and glad the DKNY site is legit... I hope this helps wrt the reviews I read below.

I could put 0 stars if I could, it is a scam. I have ordered two tops and even though all of them were available online one of them is backorder and they said they cancelled it.
They said that there is a refund but I haven't received anything so far after 15 days and there are no news on the rest of the order coming.
I have been scammed for a good amount of money from the original website and it does not come as a surprise that they don't have any reviews on their website or google...

Absolute joke! My bag has gone to a warehouse in US and waiting to be shipped. I’m going to call my bank and ask for a refund! There is no sign of it arriving although they keep saying it will come in 15 days. I ordered on the 3rd October. Don’t waste your time or money! I’ve lost nearly £70.00

Sent emails, contacted them on social media, live chat and I get nothing from them other than automated messages. I paid for express shipping but it has been sat in NY for 3 days. I'm supposed to have my items now.

It is 2024! I cannot believe in this day and age we have to deal with this type of service from big corporations! Shien has better customer service than DKNY. I ordered a birthday present for my friend and it still has not arrived and its been over 3 weeks! I live in the UK and they have shipped my order to Inwood, New York and I have no further updates on my order! I have contacted customer services twice with no response and have even messaged on Instagram. I really should have read these reviews before ordering but I just never fathomed a big corporation to treat their customers so badly. It unacceptable! I may have to contact my bank to see if I can get a refund. Such a joke! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
