If I could I would give them a negative…

If I could I would give them a negative 5. I placed an order on July 12. As of today still don’t have the product and I keep getting told to be patient it’s in its way. When I asked how do I escalate this or file a complaint I’ve been told neither is possible. I’ve requested a refund and no response. Terrible customer service. Would never purchase from the online again

Sent me the wrong order and then won't reply to my emails...

Ordered some tights which took forever to come and when they finally did arrive, they were not the ones I ordered. I have emailed them/left a message through their customer service portal 3 times now asking for either a refund or the correct product but have had no response. So disappointed.

Sent me a used bag

Ordered a bag and a dress. The dress never came (they told me it sold out before it could be shipped) and the bag they sent was used. It was clearly a customer return - it was dirty and had no tags. I asked for a replacement and they made me jump through hoops for their error- a waste if my time and money. Will never order from here again.

Ordered two handags

Ordered two handags. One came with a scratch on top! I send all items back the same day. Have received confirmation that dkny received my parcel on the 3rd of June but only today on the 12th July I received money back! They also charge for returning delivery even if there was a defect.

Beware ,do not buy

The service is awful. I ordered a bag and it came wrong color , I immediately sent it back and wrote to support that I do not agree paying shipping costs for return for mistake which I never made , it is their team’s fault of sending wrong item . The refund was received and after one more day (in total it took them 4 days to reply) I received request to send pictures of the item , which was already sent back and received . Ridiculous logic. So I had to pay for return shipping correcting mistake of their horrible unprofessional team. If you have an opportunity, never buy from them

Betrug!!!!!!Fraud!!!!!

The 29th of march I ordered a Wellenstyn anorak. After three weeks I contacted the customers service, because the item had not arrived till then.
They apologized: The parcel had been delivered to a wrong address. They offered me to send the ordered and payed (!!!!) anorak again, this time to the correct address.
Today, two months later, the parcel still has not arrived, so that I had to contact the costomer service again to get the tracking number.It showed that the item had been delivered already,which is not true: I have poured my money down the drain. That's fraud and the costomer service is obviously involved: They do NOT help the costomers, just on the contrary. They should all be sued. DKNY are liars and thieves, together with the "customer" service. DO NOT ORDER THERE, PLEASE!

SHUT DOWN THIS HORRIBLE SITE

Liars,ordered some DKNY t shirts,parcel arrived with the wrong item( a pair of shades instead) .Contacted their customer service,(if so you can call It) they were surprised about the miskate.They offered me to ship the correct items ASAP,then realised that was sold out ! Take in consideration that they took out more Money from my account that what was really the price!In the mean time 1 month has gone by,with no reply.
Avoid this site ,It Is a shame for such a brand like DKNY tò have this bunch of thieves.

DKNY has horrible customer service and shoddy merchandise

DKNY uses substandard thread to hem their towels. When contacted about this they asked me to jump through hoops. After going back and forth with continued hoop jumping, they said to take the towels back to the store. By the way, I'm pretty sure DKNY does not even see the complaints. The complaints go to a third party and that third party just jerks customers around. Very shoddy service. I highly recommend NOT purchasing DKNY merchandise.

Made a surprise for my beloved one by giving her a bag from this brand. She was delighted, and I was meticulously choosing the appropriate handbag. First and foremost, materials used during the production of these bags are durable and quality. Thus it means the bag can serve several years without losing its commercial form. That's awesome.

DKNY watch

My husband bought me a DKNY watch a few years back and now the clasp is broken. The shop he bought it from has closed down and nowhere can fix. I was told to contact DKNY directly but have had no luck. Only get automated emails. I dint think I my husband will buy from them again, not good customer service.

Ordered a bag

Ordered a bag. Paid extra £17.99 for delivery. When I recieved the bag I noticed the button magnet was very stiff to close and took a bit of effort to open. Was concerned that the button would rip off. After using it a few times the button ripped off. Extremely disappointed I have been emailing dkny customer service and no one has replied to any of my emails. Don't bother ordering from them unless you want to waste your money and have no one contact you. Think they only have a email address for the sake of it.

If you are located in EUROPE DO NOT buy anything from them!!! They convert into Euro their prices for European customers and it is much more expensive from what is it in Dollar!!! If the crossbody bag is 69$ on their page the same bag in EU will cost 84€ plus shipping cost and probably custom fees and taxes. Unfair selling conditions for the trinkets branded USA made in China

Its the most rubbish company and customer service they are thieves they steal my money i order staf for 189£ and i refund them via dhl and they arrive to dkny they write to me it’s arrived and i start to email them no body reply i asked for money back after like 20 days they reply and said i will refund you 111£ omg I don’t know why they said is refund fee they refund me 111 and at beginning they wasn’t want to refund me my money because the staf arrived to them from the 3rd day i wish i read the reviews before, and im lucky i was wanted to buy more staff but I didn’t I thought dkny is good company but i was so wrong I’ve been buying online ages i never ever seen like this so so so so rubbish please don’t waste your money here its so bad
