I experienced a tyre blow out following hitting a pothole. DSM tyres arrived very quickly and offered me a really good price to replace tyre. Dan checked the vehicle (ie. shock absorber /wheel etc) and i was soon back on the road. I would highly recommend DMS tyres

Had my BMW remapped by DMS Automotive and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the very first contact through to completion, the service was top-class. Julie, Darren and John were an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The results speak for themselves: there are remaps, and then there’s a DMS remap. Highly recommended.

Well what do I say about my visit to DMS Automotive, well I really can’t speak highly enough of Tony and all the guys & girls at DMS.
After having positive messages with Tony first I decided to book in and get both the car and gearbox tuned.
As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel very welcome.
They have great facilities in there customer area with a Sim and we were also offered hot drinks on arrival and there was a mini fridge stocked with fizzy and water to help yourself too as well.
Tony really does know his stuff, he explained the process in great detail.
After they had done stock runs on the dyno, Tony then went through my options to have my map bespoke to me.

The results were awesome and just what I had hoped for.

Now here’s where they really stepped up their costumer care.
Let me explain.
I had the map done on a Saturday and my brother came over on the Sunday as he really wanted a drive it. Well I let him, obviously!.
He tends to drive a lot harder than me so when he mashed the throttle it went in a limp mode let’s say, there were error lights on the dash etc.
I immediately messaged Tony and he said to pop in and there sort it out.
I took it there today (Monday) and they found the issue immediately. It was one of the coil packs…so they got one ordered and delivered the same day.

DMS didn’t leave me waiting in there customer area all day they actually gave me a car for a few hours while I waited for the part to be delivered and fitted to my car.
By 2pm the car was fixed and driving like dream again.

I rate their service so much that I’m already looked for an intake.

I had a really good experience with DMS tuning my E53 AMG recently & it's now transformed with sharper acceleration and smoother gear changes. Tony was really helpful throughout, including providing a loan car and before/after dyno charts. I also got to nose at some of the other special cars currently being fettled there, inc. several Ferraris, Porsches and a McLaren

Where do we start, What an experience, Giving in your car and being shown step by step whats about to happen, Explanations and reasaurnace is beyond exceptional, Tony & his team made the visit impecable, The knowledge, the customer service was beyond any expectations. Thankyou for making us feel so welcome and making the 3 hour journey to you one that was a complete pleasure.

Driving my 2023 BMW M4 G80 down to Ringwood was exciting as I knew what to expect after they remapped my old F80 M4 10 years ago.

That car never missed a beat in over 88k miles of shear utter fun and a thrilling drives every time !

So i knew my drive back would be exhilarating but Wow i was totally speechless!

It was Epic!

Tony Rob and Juile were a breeze to deal with and i honestly couldn't be happier with results after the remapping giving her the power she deserves with over 700bhp worth of power and 900+ NM of Touque.

She now a totally different car now and has better MPG in comfort mode to boot..

Talk about Jekle and Hyde performance!

Would highly recommend these guys for all your remapping needs every time.

P.s ...If you get an old sliver BMW diesel 3 series for your loan car which they kindly lend you for the duration of their works , then beware....it may not look anything special but this is not just any old BMW Diesel 3 series...its a DMS BMW 3 seires! A total Wolf in sheep clothing , Honestly this was SO much fun to drive!

Therefore I found my whole DMS Automotive experience Absolutely Fantastic from start to finish , and i know.... Beyond!

I took my 240i down to DMS this weekend and I couldn't be happier with the results. Acceleration is so much smoother through the gears, the gear changes are instant and the difference in power is Night and Day. The whole process from enquiring online to the pre-consultation to seeing the car on the ramp was very professional. I was given very helpful information throughout and I was able to personalise my configuration to what I wanted confidently with the information provided. Highly Recommend.

My experience with DMS started back in March when I reached out to get some numbers - performance, costs, and so on. Tony was the person I dealt with and was very helpful throughout. It took me a while to pull the trigger since I’m based in London, but I eventually decided to go ahead. Even calling to book was a piece of cake. I spoke to Julie, who got me booked in for the next day without any fuss and made the experience really positive, a sign of things to come.

I drove 108 miles to DMS, and let me tell you, it was worth every mile. I want to share what happened because it truly reflects their level of care and customer service, something I haven’t seen in a very long time in the automotive industry.

When I arrived, I was welcomed by Tony, who showed me around the facilities. They’ve got very comfy sofas, loads of space, a TV with Netflix so you can watch whatever you like, an arcade games machine (free to use), a racing simulator with an extra-wide monitor and a Fanatec steering wheel, and a fridge stocked with drinks for customers. Of course, WiFi is also available. It’s a brilliant little lounge for customers, and you can even watch your car on the dyno as it’s being worked on, which is quite something!

Now, for my story. Tony took the keys to check over the car. They run diagnostics to make sure the car is healthy and safe to work on, ensuring nothing might cause a risk during the remapping. Unfortunately for me, the car threw a fault code for a pre-cat lambda sensor, and they advised they couldn’t proceed until it was replaced.

I was fully prepared to drive the car back home and sort it out another time, but Tony was brilliant. He called around to local garages for me to see if the work could be done that day, and even advised me on where to find the part. Luckily there were plenty of suppliers nearby. I managed to get the part and came back to DMS, and Rob was ready to get it on a ramp and fitted at the garage next door. They were determined to make sure I didn’t have to drive home and come back another day for the remap.

Here’s the most utterly impressive part: I paid nothing for their time and labour to get that part fitted. I only paid for the part itself. How insane is that for customer service? Rob was an absolute star. No matter what I offered - to pay them back or tip them - both he and Tony refused, saying they just wanted to make sure I could complete my booking and that the car was in perfect condition for the remap. I’m still blown away by it and have told my friends about the experience, many of whom work in the automotive industry, and they’ve all said it’s incredibly rare to see this kind of service.

I can’t thank Tony and Rob enough for what they did. It’s safe to say every car I own from here on will be going to these guys. That 108-mile drive was absolutely worth it. Not only did I get my car remapped, but a problem was fixed as well, and bear in mind, this isn’t even part of what they do, but they went above and beyond to help me.

As for the remap itself, let me just say, I drove back with a huge smile because the car now pulls like a train. The 640d was never a slow car, but what they’ve done gives it massive mid-range power and performance. I actually had several chances to test it on the drive home, with a few cars trying to keep up on the motorway. I put my foot down, checked the rear-view mirror, and they were left far behind. In terms of figures, I’ve gained 25% more horsepower and 20% more torque, all from just a stage one remap.

If you’ve got an N57 engine and want not only more power but incredible delivery of it, do it, go see these guys. I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this experience truly deserved one, and I’ll keep recommending them to anyone who asks me about remapping.

I phoned these guys up to see what’s the best option for my Audi rs4.
They invited me round to their workshop to see their set up and it’s absolutely amazing.
From the initial first appointment to booking my car in for stage one remap.

Definitely recommend these guys as they know exactly what they’re doing. You can tell from workshop and set up.

I have had 4 vehicles with DMS-tuned ECUs over the years and they have all excelled.

Sadly, they don't seem to do the new JLR D300 diesel, so I shall have to go elsewhere.

Tony and his team of experts carefully work on your car loading it in the dino before they carry out the pre and post performance runs.
The gains achieved by the remap on my 911 are astounding, unleashing the full potential of an already awesome machine!

The guys at DMS Automotive really are the best there is. Very welcoming on arrival, with the use of Netflix and Gaming Console to have a play around with. Most importantly the work they do is really top of the class. Superb results and a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend any motorists out there to use these guys.

DMS Auto Repair is the real deal. My coworker and her husband introduced me to this place, and I am happy they did.
They go above and beyond, are efficient, and honest, with a quick turnaround on your repairs.
They diagnosed my car, ordered the parts immediately, and completed the repairs as promised. I was out of town and the owner waited for me after hours to allow me to come and get my car.
This will be my go-to place for all my car needs. There is no need to visit the dealership for the high cost of repairs and maintenance.

My husband and I visited DMS Automotive today and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
The waiting area was comfortable with a TV and an Xbox to keep us occupied and we were offered a drink.
Tony kept us in the loop about our car and was invited to watch it perform on the rolling road.
The difference in our car is amazing and the drive home was a lot of fun 😁

DMS upgraded my C63 AMG and what a great job. They are NOT a flash start up with two guys and a laptop but a long term company who invest and fully understand the electronics installed by manufacturers and what can be enhanced.
