Straight forward
Easy to buy, take the cheek rub sample then send it off for analysis and registering. I hope that we don't ever need it, just like insurance.

Very pleased with the whole experience
It was very easy to find the site on Google and just as easy to place my order. My DNA set arrived quickly and the instructions inside were clear and easy to follow. I have received my certificate quicker than expected.

Quick and easy - happy with service
I saw this on a BBC programme and thought this was a good idea. I went on the website and ordered the kit. It arrived just before Christmas but I waited until after to activate and send back as I didn't want it to get lost in the Christmas post. The procedure was straight forward i.e. taking a swab and sending off and I received a confirmation of receipt via email. I was informed that it would take a few weeks to put on the DNA database but I received an email within a couple of weeks which was quicker than expected. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Great free tag & sticker to spread the word. Surprised our vets didn’t know anything about the testing but when I explained they fully recommended the science behind it.

Very efficient service, great testing pack design with fast DNA logging results. Shame I didn't know I'd get a tag & window sticker in my pack, wouldn't have bought them separately if the contents of the pack were on the site ;)

not cheap but felt it might be worth the cost as I have gun dog
