I was made to feel so comfortable all the time. Everything was explained to me and although I was nervous at first I was soon ok because everyone was so kind. The operation itself was a little uncomfortable but no pain at all. I was taken into the recovery room after the operation and offered a drink. I can’t wait to have my other eye treated as the whole experience was amazing.

Tie you into a 12 month contract without a reminder to cancel 3 months before end of subscription. Not helpful in discussions how to negotiate this

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank my OB-GYN, Dr. Neha Kamal Lalla — a genuinely kind soul, a wonderful human being, and someone who has been much more than just a doctor to me. She has been my go-to person whenever I needed to raise a concern, discuss a problem, or simply seek reassurance during one of the most difficult phases of my life.

There was a time when I was told that becoming a mother would be very difficult for me. But last May, I finally got pregnant. I truly believe in miracles, but I also believe that sometimes God sends the right people into our lives to help us reach those miracles. Dr. Neha was one of those people for me.

My journey to pregnancy was not easy. It was a journey of almost one and a half years, during which I went through multiple D&Cs, a laparoscopic myomectomy, and many emotional and physical hurdles. Through every difficult phase, Dr. Neha stood by me with patience, compassion, and genuine care. Her support gave me strength when I needed it the most.

What touched me most was that she was always approachable. Even with her busy schedule, she would take the time to respond to my WhatsApp messages and address my concerns. That kind of care and accessibility is something I will always be grateful for.

I am writing this review not only to thank Dr. Neha from the bottom of my heart, but also for other women who may be going through a similar journey. Finding the right gynecologist can make such a difference, especially when you are dealing with fertility struggles, surgeries, pregnancy loss, or uncertainty.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Neha. My sincere hope is that many more women who are going through difficult journeys find the same kind of support, understanding, and compassionate care that I received from her.

Thank you, Dr. Neha, for being there through my journey, for answering my endless questions, for giving me hope, and most importantly, for being not just my doctor but someone I could genuinely trust. You will always have a special place in my prayers and in my heart. ❤️

I had a great experience with my recent Umbilical Hernia Operation via the fantasric consultant Dr Ong and her fabulous team. From the initial assessment from Dr Ong I received the utmost professional care and such a warm and sincere person, made me feel at ease and comfortable from the onset. I again met with Dr Ong and her team of consultants and anaesthetists on the day of my operation and I can only speak highly of their utmost professionalism and personal touch that they showed me on the day. They were truly magnificent throughout the entire process and I could highly recommend Dr Ong and her wonderful team of professionals who gave me the highest standard of professionalism, care, treatment, prior, during and after the operation. Concerning practices regarding this firm. They put information of Doctors without Doctors consent onto their website and then they coerce Doctors into paying money in order to get reviews so that they don’t look like they have a poor star rating. They do not address this issue when they are contacted multiple times.

What a wonderful surprise awaits you at the stunning new Lanarkshire Private Health Clinic. If you make an appointment here, you will find that all the staff are so helpful, from the receptionists and nursing staff to the doctors. I cannot speak more highly of them at the hospital, and that is the real truth...Thank you so much.

What a wonderful experience! I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr Roland McCallum was fantastic. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and provided plenty of information to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommended!

Doctify ties you into a 12 month contract. I expected to get dome new clients through Doctify but it did not happen. It was a complete waste of my money. Be warned.

Dr.Sneha Nadahalli was was very professional in her approach towards my dental problem. She was a good listener and communicated very well about my treatment and had lot of patience in doing the procedure to the perfection.Over all I found her to be a efficient and proficiant dental surgeon in my experience.She is the go to dentist in Abu Dhabi.

I have had many visits to St.Joseph`s Hospital and as usual the care has been wonderful. Dr.V. Shanbhag was wonderful .

Mr S Jain), to being discharged recently it has been
a pleasure to get my life back after hip surgery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Jain and his amazing team, nurses, physio David Bown, dinner ladies and the ladies who supplied me with water, thank you all so much for helping to get my life back on track.

The service I received from Benenden was excellent in all regards from initial consultations, admission, surgery through to discharge. The support since coming home has also been brilliant.

I saw Mr Trickett regarding pain in my fingers this week. He was thorough, highly experienced and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He set out a treatment pathway, starting with injections in both problematic thumbs. Highly recommend. His secretary (Claire), is also very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Great experience so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doctify is a company which promises a lot before you join them but once you join you get no help or support from the team and monthly subscriptions is doubled.please be mindful before you join. I have been cheated by them.

I have recently attended the Physio Department at Hendon Hospital seeing Hand therapist Sumaira Ahmed, where I received excellent treatment which is evident in the progress made following operations for Carpel Tunnel release.

They allow the hospitals to flag negative comments for further reviews however it would take couple weeks to months, which is not fair.

I hope they can shorten this to within 2 weeks time for most of the comments.

**Very disappointing experience with Doctify’s subscription**

I had a very disappointing experience with Doctify regarding their subscription. When I was encouraged to subscribe, I was told that the service would help me grow and promote my patient base. I was also given the impression that I could cancel the subscription if it did not work for my business.

Unfortunately, when I realized that the service was not benefiting my practice and requested cancellation, I was told that I was locked into a 12-month contract and could not cancel. Despite repeated requests and reminders, I have continued to be charged on my credit card.

I find this extremely unprofessional and feel that the way the subscription terms were presented to me was misleading. In my experience, the sales assurances did not match what I was later told about the contractual commitment.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would strongly advise other doctors and healthcare professionals to read the terms and conditions very carefully and make sure they fully understand the cancellation policy before subscribing. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about entering into a Doctify subscription.

I was signed up to an annual contract. During my year with doctify, there was very little input from the company and the service did not provide the results I was hoping for. I chose to cancel my subscription but missed the three months notice period by a day. Doctify have now rolled over my contract onto another annual subscription and are sending threatening emails about payment. I understand that this is in their terms and conditions.

Doctify have under delivered and their cancellation policy remains opaque.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! They were very very quick to get me signed up, starting at £21 a month, then going up to £39 and then £66 without telling me. When it came to cancelling my subscription they told me I can’t and apparently I signed up until April 2027. This was NEVER made clear to me. Avoid at all cost! If you look at the positive reviews most are from patients reviewing clinicians. As a clinician I have had the worst experience!
