The last few days I couldn't win a dime the slots kept loading and resetting then It would say error and I couldn't win anything I did a few bonus buys for 20sc and won back like 0.84 sc then 0.56 sc then 1.16sc etc

~$300 in missing funds with no support

I’ve been trying to recoup ~$300 in a combination of missing deposit bonuses and also their new live craps game, which they’ve removed because I’m sure multiple people having issues, with missing payments and a dealer malfunction. They have stopped responding to me even though I ask for an update each day.

Ghetto

Signed up with them months ago never really played on there. Noticed today in my email that someone is trying to get into my account because a verification code was sent. Tried to log in and it keeps saying info is incorrect. Changed my password and now it’s saying my username is incorrect but there’s no option to change username. When I clicked on the customer service chat, it freezes. Ghetto as hell! This is a bad rep for Snoop!

Support never replies.

Support does not respond. They don’t even create a ticket. Use other social casinos. They have a lot better customer service. Still have not replied to my email and tickets. I will update to a better review if support is able to assist me. Username is clutchconde

Suspended my account for no reason

Suspended my account for no reason. I won $258 yesterday. Withdrew $230 of that and left $28 to play with later. I tried to login to my account today and it says my account has been suspended. Dogghouse casino is a SCAM

I have had issues when it came to debit but not anymore

I have had issues when it came to debit card withdrawls in the beginning but I just made my first debit card redemption and it was smooth and painless and literally instant im not sure what everyone's issue is I always like this site and ReBet if I am short on funds since they only have a 20$ minimum it makes it a great choice

I have cashed out from here several times but the last couple times I had to download the app so I downloaded the app and I was able to cash out now today I can't cash out from the website or from the app when I go to the app it says that I have to update it when I go to update it it says there is no update I have emailed them and emailed them with no reply but they had no problem taking my money but now they have a problem giving me my money and this is ridiculous

They accused me of using a stolen card


I made my first purchase on here with my debit card on account I could not get any of my credit cards to work and boy was that a mistake! I had no problem purchasing on there but when I went to redeem is where the trouble started.

I put my redeem in and hit submit and thought all was good. The next day I could not log in to my account it said my account was suspended. I emailed support and they said my account is suspended because I made a purchase with a reported stolen card. This is MY card not a stolen card. They asked if I send them proof its my card. I sent them a picture of the physical card, a sceenshot from my bank of the purchase I made on the site and I even took a selfie with me holding the card and included that as well.

Its been about 2 days and I have not heard a thing from them once I sent them the required proof they requested. Meanwhile I am out of my $200 deposit that I put on the site cause I cannot get on it.

If you read the most recent reviews on Trust Pilot of them someone is having the exact same problem I am having. I am going to do what he said in his review and contact the BBB scam department and contact my state attorney general consumer protection agency. I provided all the proof requested and my account is still suspended and no response from Dogg House Casino.

I have never had a problem like this with an online casino in my life. My card is MY card not a stolen card. This is the most ridicilous thing ever!

If Dogg House can fix the problem I will update this review. I'm extremely stressed over this whole experience.

Update 2/26

My account is still suspended no response from Dogg House Compliance team after I sent them proof I own the card and its not a lost or stolen card. The card they are saying is stolen/lost isnt even the card I made my purchase with. They are saying my credit card is the one stolen/lost and I made my purchase with my debit card. I did try and make my purchase with my credit card the one they are saying is stolen but It would not go through so I used my debit card instead.

I have filed a complaint with my state attorney generals office and next will file a complaint with the FBI scam

Unethical Casino


I downloaded Dogg House Casino and attempted to deposit $100. It was declined by my bank because my bank marked their casino as fraudulent.

At this point I look into if Snoop Dogg is even actually affiliated with this casino in any way. I get confirmation that he is and figured that was enough for me to tell my bank that this is not fraudulent and that I meant to make the charge.

My bank then lets me make my deposit, I play with my funds for a few hours, and am ready to withdraw. My actual gaming experience was completely fine, however when I attempted to withdrawal I got a message saying that the transaction failed because “We are looking into this request to keep your account safe. Please contact support for assistance”

At this point I reach out to customer support, they take a long time to respond, then tell me that they have suspended my account due to my debit card being reported as stolen. I found this to be a ridiculous response as my card was never reported as stolen, and if it were it would be completely canceled. Anyways, I provide them proof that I am the owner of my debit card within an hour or two of them responding to me (20 hours after I originally reach out)

And now I am yet to hear back from support once again, and have been completely locked out of my account, while my funds remain on my account.

Update: it’s been more than 24 hours since I’ve sent proof of ownership and my account is still suspended. I will give this 24 hours more and then file a scam report via the BBB’s scam tracker as well as file a formal negative report (which may be the first one) towards Dogg House Casino on the BBB. I’m not even able to make a new support ticket due to not having an account, so this seems the be the only way forward.

In addition to the BBB escalation I mentioned, if this isn't resolved within the next 24 hours (by 8 AM EST on Feb 20, 2026), I'll also be filing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section, given the ongoing account suspension and lack of response despite provided proofs.

Given that similar casinos such as Stake are facing class action lawsuits due to these types of escalations, I think it would be wise to avoid this by reactivating my account and processing my withdrawal promptly.

Final update: after escalation to my local AG’s office, I was unsuspended and paid out. This process took over a week and for that reason alone I’ll be keeping my 1 star review
