Not trustworthy. Very disappointing Company .
Send e mail to say item is on its way then 3 hours later e mail to say it s been cancelled and I will be getting a refund.

Unfortunately, during the final stages of processing your order, we discovered a stock discrepancy which meant the item was no longer available to send. Although a dispatch notification had already been generated, we were unable to fulfil the item and therefore issued you a full refund as soon as this was identified.
We completely understand how disappointing and confusing this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. 💕

first time ordering and the material…
first time ordering and the material seems very cheap, the request to return was denied (final sale item) don’t remember being notified that no return would be able to be issued due to this. due the the material looking/ feeling like it’s from SHEIN.
Will definitely debate reordering certain designs from there.
the blankets I orders were great. just not the sleep suit material.

Pyjamas
I placed 2 orders around a year apart and am pleased with the consistency. Shipping and delivery is fast, packaging is cute and practical and the pyjamas are the best quality I’ve ever had. It’s so nice to be able to get character pyjamas for my kids that fit so well and are such high quality. They are incredibly soft for children’s skin and wash very well also. I’m not quite sure how they do it for the price but I’ll be coming back for more!

Poor quality …
I ordered a school dress for my daughter and the quality of it is just appalling. It’s so thin and threads are hanging off everywhere. I paid £18 including delivery and honestly supermarket ones are so much better.
Shame as I loved the design, but clearly this is poor quality Chinese make.

I bought two dressing gowns for my grandaughters for Christmas. They are so beautiful and soft and such a great bargain. I have in the past bought some lovely items from Dollywears and have never been disappointed.

Items are of poor quality and materials are not as described. Sizing also runs big. Also be careful as they do not let you return sale items. Customer service is not good. I wouldn't buy from here again.

We have been ordering from dolly wears for over two years and the quality is always incredible, my little girl loves the bits she has and always chooses dollywears outfits for day to day wear. They always throwing amazing sales! Quality is unmatched elsewhere, quick delivery and always happy to help with issues so I've seen, I've personally never had any!
