Good offer especially as much cheaper than existing one. There is a 2 month delay on claims that wasn’t mentioned till last minute I think they should be more transparent about that.

Easy contact and knowledgeable agent George arranged everything in minutes. End result was same cover as I had, but at significantly lower cost and no excess payments after 60 days.

Callum was great did the repair for the 4th time hopefully it will last this time. He was clean neat and tidy and left everything in good condition

Very easy site to use
Very easy site to use. After I looked online and chose what I wanted I got a phone call later that day. George explained all about the cover and gave me a couple of days over the weekend to think and wasn’t pushy at all.Very pleasant when he called me back. all in all a very good experience.

Stay clear ….easy to set up however when my appliance broke they said could not repair and due to me not having original receipt they offered me only 20 percent of what it is worth this wasn’t advised when I opened the insurance or my be in small print bad service !!!!!!

The service engineer was polite…
The service engineer was polite knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first service by this company and it was by far the most comprehensive and detailed, way beyond anything done by previous providers. The engineer even repaired my loft hatch! Very impressed.

Avoid at all costs
Just joined as a new customer and this company has been impossible to deal with.
Direct debit mess up from their side and charge me fees for late payment.
Sending email with invoices that include payment links that do not work and also do not accept card payment, although I had discussed the reason for this payment method with.
No customer service at the weekend and only can cancel this nonsense by phone.
Not recommending. I should have stayed with British Gas.
Very unhappy new customer.
Update: Spoke to customer service and had no luck even if it was their fault
