Use a credit card that has your back for purchases at DJO

Purchased a foot brace from this company using the sizing chart on their website. Product shipped quickly, but upon receiving the brace it was too small. I contacted DJO to return the brace and they sent me an RMA number, and I went ahead and shipped it back. In the meantime I went ahead and ordered the next largest size brace, which shipped promptly, and fit much better. The first brace was returned back to the company within 5 days and I waited a few days for my refund. Refund never came. Directly contacted the representative that issued the RMA numerous times...no response. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company against DJO in which it took 60 days to receive my money back. Buyers beware... use a credit card that stands behind you for purchase disputes because this company is shady !

FirstDonjoy shoulder slng


First, the shoulder strap is hard to fit on a female, it wads up & is uncomfortable.
Bust worst of all, they put a tag inside the sling area where the tender par of your arm lays & it scratches like crazy! The name is all over the sling, I think they could do without the tag or put it under a strap! Just an idea for your designers…seems they need the help??

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered the Band It from DonJoy performance, which is their product, on Nov. 29th. Heard ZERO from the company regarding the order to this date, 12/18/24, on an item that was NOT listed as being out-of-stock/backordered. It was not until I sent CS an email a few days ago asking where the item was when I finally heard from their CS that the item was backordered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never again do business with them directly, nor buy their products anywhere. Stay away.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Do not buy from this company unless you are sure! They will not refund your money! I have called 5 times and 5 months later still no refund. They always say "Its coming in 1-2 weeks" but it NEVER COMES! I even spoke to a supervisor - but it did not help!

They don't refund your money!!!

I sent the product back in early May. It is now October and still no refund. They do NOT issue refunds, although the customer service rep kept telling me it was coming. Do not buy from them

Avoid unless you like headaches

This all started when my ortho recommended these braces. I ordered directly from them on this website and followed their sizing guides. It came in and I couldn't even close the brace. I messaged service and was told I needed to pay to return the product and then repurchase the product, despite the website boasting easy returns and a guarantee. They weren't able to provide a code to get me to the same initial pricing. After a long debate, they finally provided a prepaid label and I ordered a brace from somewhere else. It's been 3 weeks since my return. 2 weeks since someone signed for it. I emailed their support team per their instructions to let them know and I got nothing but radio silence. I finally had someone reply to their live chat vs just ending it without replying and I'm told they have to clear it with finance and can not provide a normal time frame.
Don't do it. Their service is completely inefficient and they just use poorly scripted macros with no actual support or sympathy. I feel bad for them because it's obvious no one created a solid experience plan or empowered them to help in any way and I know they probably deal with this regularly.

Refuses to issue refunds

This company refuses to issue any refunds! Run to a better product! We never received the product, and were told it would take 2-4 weeks to process refunds. Called again several weeks later and was just told the same thing. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Should be shut down by the BBB

Do not purchase from this company…

Do not purchase from this company unless you Know for sure the size you need. Online measurements are wrong and customer is responsible for return shipping. Still fighting with them to get my money back because they are saying they don’t have the item when tracking shows they do. Had to open a case through PayPal to get a refund. Worst company ever

This is same company as 'Better Braces' uk !

Bought a wrist strap they sent it to the billing address with no comms about it.

The wrist strap is cheap useless made in mexico, it hurts more than it helps, no response to emails go with Neo G ones cheaper and free UK delivery my brother used them a lot better kit!
