For those of you who have read the mixed reviews, please understand that these are one-off doors made to order in Germany.

As such, they need to be ordered from a huge array of options, then measured, ordered, paid for before being manufactured and then professionally installed.

As a consequence of Brexit (yes this comes into it too) and the process, this can take several months and my installation took 6 months from beginning to end.

Doors4UK were highly professional and the end result is amazing.

We ordered a soundproof fire door at great expense (3.5k)
It took over 7 months to deliver and they wanted all the money up front. When installed the door was louder thankl the previous door. Not sound proof at all. Very poor installation leaving messy foam around the doorframe. We complained and the manager was rude and unhelpful

Absolutely shocking company. Doors delivered 6 weeks later than originally promised, like pulling teeth to get any information out of them, no installation instructions, screws missing. Once they have your money they have zero customer service. Avoid this outfit!

We were very satisfied with the service. We had a bit of delay due to the transport company but the contract manager kept us updated all the time so we haven’t had to chase. Very efficient, would definitely recommend!
