Allison was such a great help to me. I had did my renewal mid may but kept getting texts and a letter saying it had not been filed. I called her this morning and she reassured me that everything was fine and paperwork was complete. She was so nice to talk with on the phone.

My father has passed and I am having to close certain accounts and various things. I knew very little about his business, but the gal I spoke with on the phone made it very easy for me to close this DOT account. She was kind and helpful during such a difficult time in our lives. It's nice to be able to talk to someone when you have to figure things out like this and not a machine. Her name is Patricia Moore and she was awesome!
