Wie schon beschrieben absoluter Betrug. Absolute Billigware aus China. Zu meinem Glück über Otto bestellt, aber auch dort werde ich Beschwerde wegen Betrug einlegen.

I ordered a $50 pair of glasses and they sent me a mumu dress worth about 5$. I filed multiple complaints thru PayPal but dotmall insisted the package was delivered. It was delivered! But the package contained the wrong item and they wouldn’t fix it. I now have a mumu dress on sale for $45.

One star IS too much. I ordered the senior chunky heel winter boots, and by the time they arrived, they were permanently deformed. I got so upset that I just threw them away, becausei couldn'twear them at all the way their cheap suede got contorted. I called customer service and the guy was completely unhelpful, he gave me some bogus web address, which I tried, but it got me even angrier. Don't do business with this ripoff company.

Die Sägeketten sind anschließend kaputt .Die schneidoberseite wird im Bogen geschliefen und dann schneiden diese nach dem schleifen nicht mehr richtig . Benutzt bitte eine Schleifmaschine für Schneidketten oder einfache Feilen mit Lehre 30 Grad usw. das ist reine Abzocke und auch ein defizit für alle die glauben das es in Sekunden schärft ..Ja in Sekunden ist das Kettenblat euerer Kettesäge kaputt.
Keine Kaufempfehlung !!!

1 star is too much. I ordered the Sherum Cooling Ace 5.0. This thing is a joke. I would do better with a hand held fan. I should have known better. Shame on me.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a $50 pair of glasses and received NOTHING. Support is useless. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DOTMALLS OR SURSELL.

Wie beschrieben ist der angeblich aus Deutschland stammende "Luftkühler" billigster Chinaschrott.
Wurde in einer Plastiktüte aus China geschick und Ist defekt angekommen! Rücksendung nahezu unmöglich die Portokosten nach China soll man selber zahlen!

Eigentlich gar keinen Stern, da das Teil als Betrug einzugruppieren ist.
Verspricht aus Deutscher Produktion - Deutsche Qualität zu sein, aber spott billige Chinaware für teuere Euro verkauft.
Bin leider auch darauf reingefallen!
Das Teil wird übrigens aus Deutschland versendet, aber der original Versandaufkleber wird perfekt von DHL mit einem neuem Aufkleber überklebt.

Purchased what was advertised as Air Conditioners, when I received the items they were nothing but desk fans, when I disputed the items it was requested that in order for a refund I would have to return the items, the cost of postage to return far outweighs the cost of the items, even though they did not work the company will not refund without a return, and they will not supply a return label. BEWARE!!!

Wenn es 0 Sterne geben würde, dann 0 Sterne. Absoluter Schrott. Raumlüfter bestellt, umgerechnet 69,97 Euro, der billigste Schrott überhaupt und kaputt ist das Ding auch noch. FINGER WEG!! Habe jetzt den größten Aufwand, die Schrottware wieder zurückzusenden - hab nicht mal eine Adresse und kann mich auf die Suche machen.

Raumkühler. Billigste Chinaware. Wie so oft in der Werbung wird das blaue vom Himmel versprochen und schlussendlich regnets dann doch. BETRUG liegt im Raum.

Luftkühler bestellt. Nur Schrott. Bitte ja nicht bestellen. Das Gerät ist für den Müll und grenzt an Betrug. Finger weg.......

Umfangreiche Werbung in Presse für neuen Raumkühler Sherum oder climax,angeblich Innovation aus USA oder Deutschland, auch in Deutschland hergestellt!Nach Bestellung aus China und endlose Wartezeit, also vermutlich Chinaschrott,also Hände weg!!

Sports watch I ordered not accurate at all. Says returns no questions asked. Not true. Want me to ship back to China at my expense. Will not honor their products. Not buying anything more from them.

I ordered 2 bras designed for elderly ladies. The size I received is not what I ordered. The cup size is small and the material for the straps and under the cups is loose and flimsy. I wrote to the company asking them if I could return the items to the distribution center in Mississauga where it was shipped from. I was told 'No' it had to be returned to their manufacturing location in China AT MY EXPENSE. I considered this and thought throwing Good money after Bad wasn't an option. I wrote to them again informing them I would not be returning the bras but would ensure everyone knew about them.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bras did not fit well at all. And when I inquired about return policy, I would have to pay $50 - $80 to return to CHINA!!!!!!!! This place is a scam !!!!!!

Misleading product description, difficult if not impossible return policy.
Hummingbird feeders gave a great description, but in reality they are just cheaply made of plastic. Absolute rip-off prices. And their order process says returnable within 30 days. However, when I emailed them the required notice, they said I would have to send them to China, $30 international shipping, plus they suggested insuring the package otherwise they could not guarantee receipt and in good condition. It is not logical for me to return them for a $50 shipping cost for a $100 purchase. Avoid this company!!!!!

No returns as stated. Have to send item to China for return. Sure you will get a refund. Postage is more costly than item.
