Double Down News Avis

Utter tosh. I am left leaning and support most of their viewpoints, but their recent video calling out the West for fearmongering on Russia for the mere fact of supporting Ukraine is a load of crap. And all the comments of that video are all Russian state propaganda talking points such as calling it a "SMO". Russia killed British mother of 3 Dawn Sturgess in 2018, when they were targeting Skripal on British soil. The incursions into Ukraine are a unilateral and unprovoked act of aggression ideologically backed by revanchism and imperialism. No one should be supporting the Russian state. The left don't need to compromise on values because we are simply correct, and we don't need to let propagandists come in and bastardise our views and undermine our credibility.

The world is increasingly corrupt, dishonest and above all cruel beyond belief. It is good to have a source which bypasses the censorship of national governments and billionaires, and instead presents some truths about what is undoubtedly occurring.

DDN is propaganda dressed up as journalism. Its Israel coverage is relentlessly and obsessively hostile, selectively edited and stripped of context (Hamas terrorism and Israeli security concerns are always ignored or glossed over), with inflammatory claims presented as if they were objective reporting. It is advocacy designed to provoke, not inform. Most concerningly, it leans heavily into antisemitic tropes and conspiratorial framing, then sneers at allegations of antisemitism whenever they threaten its narrative.

As I am getting older, I have started to watch more news, very impressed with DDN , they provide information with facts that you wouldn’t see on ITV and BBC news

Progressive, critical of Israel, not scared calling things their names.

A news source not controlled directly or indirectly by corporate interests, a very rare creature on the UK news landscape.
Outspoken and yet truthful and objective.
Broaden your news horizon by catching some of their content.
Highly recommended.

Great source of factual information either buried or deliberately unreported by mainstream media.

Thank you for your journalism and for opening my eyes to the reality of our world.

It gives me hope to think there are still good hearted people out there who genuinely want to make a difference.

I’ve been coming across DDN stories for several years now and I find it to reflect the realities of the state of the world today. Sadly, mainstream media is worse than useless as they launder fascistic state actions and justify the support of war crimes. DDN is the sanity that can feel like a radical left bias, but is actually just the truth unvarnished in a hyper radical right world

Brutal honest - you can’t make it up

Extremely biased approach to news. Every story is told from a far left slant.

One of the very few trustworthy sources of information you can find out there

Factual reporting after excellent research ,The fact that Israelis and Zionists hate it is all the proof you need.

It's a good source of news commentary, but it's definitely reporting from a left-wing perspective.

DoubleDown news is an excellent source of information. MSM are definitely biased. BBC takes licence money off everyone with a TV and yet they decide what we can know. They do not give us an unbiased view and allow us to decide. the BBC is used to further the agenda if those who fund it.

Double Down News is excellently presented. Analytically explained and concisely forwarded to the viewer.
Keep it up.

I've recently been taking more notice of Double Down News. I was going to give it 3 to 4 stars, but I read the reviews and changed my mind and gave it 5. The reason is on reading the one and two star reviews, I believe they have missed the point of the job the site does, that is to bring subjects to our attention that would otherwise be missed. It is no good dismissing the news because you don't like the content. You do the research to find the and verify or dismiss news articles. I also occasionally watch GB news (that I regard as entertainment rather than news channel). The point is it also gives me information to check and like Double Down News, look past the spin and narrative and find information you didn't know. Actually I find Double Down the more reliable source. 5 well earned.stars

DDL is an evil leftwing organisation. I watched Abby talk about her trip to Israel. It made me feel sick. Quoting selected remarks from simple folk in a time of war to make a biased case is not journalism. I have been there too. 3 times.

Virtue signalling is what people with cluster B personality disorders love doing. So what we have here is a circle jerk of, fake outrage, fake news, fake selves...

do the dance, down on the beach :)
