I cannot thank Dove Home Care Agency enough for the outstanding care they’ve provided for my mother in her own home. From the very beginning, their team has shown compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to her wellbeing.
Every carer who has visited has been kind, respectful, and attentive to her needs, treating her with the dignity she deserves. They’ve gone above and beyond, not just in delivering care, but in building a relationship with her, which has made a huge difference to her quality of life.
It’s been a great comfort to our family knowing she’s in safe hands and being looked after by people who truly care. Communication has always been clear and prompt, and they’ve been flexible and understanding around any changes we’ve needed to make.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Dove Home Care Agency to anyone looking for home care for a loved one. They’ve made a difficult time much easier and have given us peace of mind every step of the way.

I couldn’t reccomend dove home care…
I couldn’t reccomend dove home care enough, they took care of my nan following her surgery, we managed to get the assessment booked in straight away and the care started immediately. the care provided was outstanding and the office team were very helpful throughout.
Thank you for everything youve done, we would definitely use you in the future.

Do not go near this company
Do not go near this company! Don’t let them near your loved ones! Staff do not know how to do anything. They aren’t trained properly. The company don’t even know who they have in their employ. Made promises that weren’t kept! Had a terrible experience with them. Do not recommend at all.

Experience as a Dove carer
As a carer for Dove for the past 6 & 1/2 years I've enjoyed my entire employment. I've had the opportunity to receive excellent training equipping me with knowledge and expertise in care for the elderly & individuals with disabilities. The office accommodates my needs well, providing me with shifts flexible to my needs. The office is superb with communication and I'm always well briefed before arriving to a shift. I look forward to continuing my employment with Dove until retirement.

Worst employer I ever had
Worst employer I ever had. You can break your back for them (That´s what literally happened to me) and they will just laugh at you. I am traumatized by their behavior.
