Waited a week for my item which never showed up so i emailed customer services. My package had been ‘misplaced’. Said they would ship another package the next week which was no good. Will not be ordering from here again! Shocking!

Haven’t received my items at all. I’ve tried rearranging delivery and emailing the company two further times and still no response.

True to they words. Order on the 27/09/21 and received is the next morning. Quality not bad. I call before to make sure they are in the UK. Been have some bad experience ordered this online and not received that on time. Will definitely order for that again.

Ordered the black grenadine silk tie on Friday afternoon, I paid the extra 49p for 1st class and it arrived on Saturday morning! Excellent tie, excellent price, super quick dispatch and delivery! Very pleased customer! Thank you!

Bought a cumberband and matching Bow Tie before Christmas. Unfortunately when it arrived the Bow Tie was a tie one and not a pre-tied one.
Anyway didn't think anything of it for a couple of months and then phoned them to see if they had a pre-tied Bow Tie to match the previously purchased cumberband. I spoke with a lovely lady who reviewed my previous order and she said there was a matching pre-tied Bow Tie available which dispatched that day for free and provided a pre-paid envelope to post back the other Bow Tie.

Placed an order on for 2 x Lilac Swirl Adult Ties with Pocket Handkerchief and 2 x Children’s Lilac Swirl Bow Ties Thursday night and received the ties the following Thursday. Was nervous as it took a while for them to be delivered however they arrived in great condition and they look even better than the photo on the website. They are excellent quality and look perfect for our wedding. Colours mirror the online picture and are not a different shade. Thank you!

i placed an order for a waistcoat for my wedding in 4 days off the website, i was then send a refund and an email that they were out of stock, a customer service rep informed me that the stock had been miscounted, she agreed to send a replacement to me free of charge.

I stumbled across this site as i googled a pink polka dot tie and pocket square. They had exactly what i was looking for although i was dubious as it seemed very cheap but i ordered anyway. I ordered around 3 pm and had the items next morning by 11am. The colours and quality of the items were fantastic for the money. A great find and will certainly be using again.

I couldn't find a plain green tie needed for a funeral. I looked online but was worried about timescales as I needed quickly. I ordered from DQT as they offered free first class post delivery. The tie was a bargain at £6.99. I ordered it on Wednesday afternoon and it came in Friday's post. Well impressed, would definitely use again.

Ordered two ties/hanky sets as a sample for my wedding and they arrived within a couple of days.

Sent one back and ordered another 5 sets of the other. Refund sorted within a week, 2nd ordered arrived within a couple of days.

No problems at all, very happy with the quality and the dispatch times.

Made a purchase online, DQT charged me twice, identical transactions one after each other - not my fault - didn't get sent twice order, they simply overcharged me.

Tried to resolve with them once I discovered the theft, they (Lora) was absoultly useless, wasted far too long on the "Chat" trying to resolve. Luckily I paid by a credit card so phoned my provided who reversed the second payment taken.

They promised to contact me (they had my email, mobile and address) to address the problem but didn't bother. Don't trust them. If you must by from them use a CREDIT not DEBIT card for the added protection that provides you when your payment is taken twice!

I order 3 waistcoats with bow for my kids once I payed I got a confirmation that I will received them next day now after 4 days I didn't received any . today they send my an email after two emails from me to check what happen they asked me to confirm my address. Still waiting :(

Easy to order products, however returning them is another matter. I had to request to return then and fill in a form, then got questioned by email 2 days later why I wanted to return, then had to follow some long process of printing the email for authorisation and sending the packet back. I would use other companies first in future just because of return process. When you are buying something online the process should be made as simple as possible for the Customer! Take a look at my tuxedo's process. much more efficient.
