I have been ordering from this business for a while now and I’m amazed by the Excellent customer service. Wide range of products for my two dogs, can cater for any dog with specific dietary requirements. My boys always get an exciting when their supply of strong chews arrive, since switching to raw i I’ve found the supplements provided by dragonfly have helped immensely with their health. I have a dog with a yeast imbalance so is on an elimination diet and Cerys was so helpful on the phone to explain what products would be suitable, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer my numerous questions!! Thank you

We have a 9 week old puppy & were looking for chew treats to keep her occupied but were worried we would buy her something unsuitable & came across Dragonfly Products. After carefully reading through the website & watching their hugely informative videos we were confident this company really cared about the products they were selling and gave us the confidence we were buying the right thing. We went for the puppy pack & are delighted with our purchase. We are delighted to have found this company at the start of our puppy parenting journey & will be sure to be buying many many more products from them in the future.

Just taken our 5 month old German shepherd puppy for her first ever nail clipping, the staff are so gentle and comforting that she happily went upstairs with them, and happily came down with them freshly trimmed afterwards. Our girl isn't the bravest pup, but the whole process was as gentle as possible so she wasn't disturbed by it at all. Will definitely be taking her in future.

Excellent quality for a good price. No nasty bits in the bag. Delivery is really quick and I usually get a free sample of something for Dylan to try.

A great service/food. Our 8 week old German Shepard has taken to the raw food without any issues. We're luck enough to live in the next village, and having visited their shop i can say the service and guidance was excellent. Moreover the food is a full five stars from Buddy our GSD.

My dogs absolutely love their parcels from Dragonfly! The yak sticks are their favourites and love that you get a free sample with every purchase! I love that that they are natural products. The delivery is fast and the product costs are very reasonable.The products are high quality as is their customer services. They are quick and helpful in response to queries. We will be continuing to order their treats from here! They keep 2 dogs very happy and would definitely recommend them!

What can I say...spot on, outstanding customer service every time. Deliveries are always super quick to arrive and their products are amazing....from Chews, to Shampoo to Collars and harnesses ....its all just amazing. It stands out a mile that the staff at Dragonfly genuinely care about animals and providing quality products....no rubbish, EVER!!! Keep on being amazing!

I am so glad I found this site for all my dog needs. I have used them a few times now and every time the delivery has been prompt and I am so pleased (as are my dogs) with my purchases and the quality of their natural treats.

These products our dogs love and consume on a regular basis. Great quality items although a bit expensive however, with free next day delivery it works out quite well.

Brilliant products and customer service
We discovered Dragonfly on Instagram and have been ordering their healthy treats for our 4 month old Golden Retriever. He was having problems with his tummy which was food related and were told to switch to hypoallergenic. I called Dragonfly asking for their advice. Laura called me back and we had a great conversation about what to do. George loves the food and the treats. He is clearly feeling much better, has no more tummy or bottom issues and is no longer asking for food! An incredible small business with lovely products and brilliant customer service - I highly recommend!

Ordered some chews for my puppy, arrived the next day and he absolutely loves them. Seem very high quality, he digests them fine after having issues with some foods in the past. Highly recommend.
