Had an issue with my t shirt that I bought from a pop up I contacted the drama team straight away and they handled the situation very well offering me a refund for the t shirt or to send me some freebies I was really impressed with the quality of service

Emailed me saying an item i had ordered was out of stock, straight away gave me several options for alternative items or refund/site credit
I chose another item and was shipped immediately and as a gesture of good will the put in 2 pairs of socks for free.

Now not many companies will do this so hats off to Drama for going above and beyond and doing the right thing by there customers

10/10 for customer service and quality highly recommend

Had an issue with a t-shirt my son bought at a pop up event. Went into the store today to get it rectified and the staff were amazing! Immediately replaced the t-shirt and gave him a free pair of socks and some stickers. All the lads were lovely! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately terrible to non existent customer service. It's a shame as it's a young Manchester brand that I really wanted to support but won't be purchasing anything from them moving forwards.

Drama what a company. I remember a kid called Dino in my area wearing it last year and I was like damn this is drip. Next thing U know half of my area is wearing it and it's good to see because it's a local company taking over. Brilliant business and from what I know brilliant people running the operations. Just the start form drama they going to take over England then America.
