I ordered a customized rocking horse for my grandson's birthday almost 2 weeks ago. I received the bandana with his name on it very quickly but no rocking horse - this item was $99. I need this to be resolved quickly or it will not be here in time for his birthday. Not happy at all!

I ordered a set of four French hair clips from Grmando Oteroy. Upon arrival, two of the clips were smashed beyond use. I cannot find any means of contacting the sender, but certainly won’t make the mistake of ordering again. The clips are flimsy and unusable.

I ORDERED A FINGER TIP METER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO READ GLUCOSE LEVELS. I GOT AN OXIMETER INSTEAD THAT ONLY READS BLOOD OXIDATION LEVES AND PULSE, IT WAS ADVERTISED TO READ GLUCOSE WITHOUT PRICKING YOUR FINGER. I HAVE SENSE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND SEE THIS IS A BIG SCAM BY THIS COMPANT. THE HEADQUARTERS BEING IN CHICAGO IL. AND THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED OUT OF LAWRENSEVILLE GA.

I ORDERED WHAT LOOKED LIKE A BEAUTIFUL CROSS AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A FLIMSY PIECE OF WOOD, NOT POLISHED AS ON THE ADVERTISEMENT. CAN I SAY BAIT AND SWITCH???

I ordered 2 American Flag plaques.
The advertisement showed each stripe individually cut and painted before assembly. Very beautiful.
Recieved the plaques today and they were printed on a piece of thin wood. There was a sticker saying Pitney Bowes.
Very disappointed with the deception and dishonesty. I definitely would not have spent the money on this product. Scam and fraud at its best !!!!

I ordered a sea glass Christmas tree. I received a plastic piece of crap. No sea glass involved at all.I never write reviews but this is unbelievable!
