Overall I like this product to help me walk more upright. However I find the handle is too hard on my hands. It needs to be a softer, cushioned/rubber non-slip type of handle. I was in that. Do you offer another option that screws on in the same way ??
Another improvement would be if there was a clip or strap to keep the cane together if you wanted to fold it. Which would be helpful if you are in a restaurant or car … because it is longer than most canes. Otherwise it is very sturdy and helpful. Thank you for making a quality product 😊😊I have been using this today and it works so much better than a traditional cane !!!!!

item no.373788 was sent after I called when I recieved my order. the nuts for the bolts were missing. nuts
item no.373788 was sent after I called to report that I could not assemble it due to the fact that the nuts for the bolts were missing. The problem was not solved. This second shipment arrived damaged one knob missing and no nuts for the bolts. the box was also damaged, the missing piece not in the box. can not assemble. nuts should have been screwed on to the bolts. Still don't have workable Foot Rest!
