Take so long to get the order

The return credit to my credit card takes too long.

I ordered 2 orders of BOGO compression socks, one order in Black and the other in Flesh tone. I only received ONE pair of each. I couldn't find the order form and am still looking. It was a BOGO offer from your company.

The time to arrive and in perfect condition was great. What wasn’t great was choice and way of measuring. I ordered according to chest size. But, with a bigger bust it does not fit. I sol bras and I know how to measure correctly. Your people need lessons.

It’s been a while. I canceled my order. I wasn’t sure why a Monthly extra fee was included for a membership since I hadn’t yet received the products. I am not interested in this.

Employee was great, I had no difficulty at with the employee in making my order.

The I spoke to on the phone she listen to what I had to say and I believe she did her best to get my order to me cause it came way before the date she told me, and she was very nice

The idea of the U shaped device to help someone get out of the bathtub is great, but it did not work on either of the 2 tubs in our house. They were slightly over 6 inches and it was unstable and would have been dangerous. I will likely have to return it.

I returned this product via USP on 4/23/2024.
The tracking on this package states that it was delivered to P.O. BOX OSHKOSH, WI 54903 on
April 27,2024. I have not received my refund as of
May 5,2024. What's going on?

You send products that could be harmful to California
residents; therefore, I had to return items. Because you did not include a return label, I had to pay $79 to return due to the size of the box. It was not a good experience and I certainly did not want to pay that amount to return. I am a senior and my son returned the package for me not knowing I would have just kept the items and thrown them away. If items are purchased from China and are deemed harmful to some parts of the country due to what the items are made from then you should NOT be buying anything from a country that sell goods that maybe harmful to any population. You should be receiving the items back and I would ask you to return the funds to my credit card that was used for the puchases.

Everything went smooth

The fabric of the "cooling bra" and the "snap front bra" are exactly the same except that the snap front cost 3 times as much. The lighter fabric means that the bra no longer supports a cup size C or larger. I am very disappointed.
