Dreams - Bracknell Avis 

This was my second visit to the Bracknell store in 4 days! I came to order another mattress for a spare room, this was my second order at this store and with your sales colleague Alex. I had a great experience again, I was able to try out the range of Tempur mattress I was interested in within my budget. We went through my order line by line, got a quick delivery date on the schedule and was looked after by Alex and his team, all my requirements were understood, again an excellent service here which is why I came back so quick! And wait for it, I'm placing a third order aswell! Dreams are doing really out of me right now! Thanks Bracknell store team, you make your customers feel comfortable, mattress buying cna be daunting, but it was so easy with you, thanks again Alex.

Went into Dreams Bracknell to look at buying a new bed, we were welcomed by a really lovely helpful lady Named Shirley who talked us through everything we needed to know about a bed that would suit us, we were so delighted with the 100% friendly service
We received, we went back the following day and asked to see the same member of staff so as we could order a second bed of the same style, well done Shirley.
Ps, even down to the delivery, again 100% service from Robert and Martin
When they arrived they put their overshoes on as they entered our home full respect to them, and again very polite Gentleman, well done guys.

I recently purchased a bed and I’m very pleased with it. The bed is really nice and sturdy, slightly softer than I anticipated, but still extremely comfortable. The quality feels great and I’m happy with my choice.
What truly stood out was the customer service – the staff member who assisted me was amazing, very friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend both the product and the team!

Brought my bed from dreams a couple of weeks ago!!. Really happy with quality of the bed!!. And a speedy delivery service.

We had a great time shopping for the perfect mattress and using the Sleepmatch bed in store. I never thought I’d have so much fun shopping for something as boring as a mattress. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Shirley.

Everything was great from walking to the store at Bracknell to sleeping on it the 1st night. Stress free, no pushy sales people and answered all our questions.

We were served by a very helpful shop assistant named Jasmine. She went out of her way to try to help locate a broken bed slat, which they did not have in stock. Jasmine then queried whether she could be of further help to which we advised that we were looking for a simple small sofa-bed. Jasmine took much time showing us through the Company’s range of the required product on a computer screen setting out dimensions and range available. We selected a product, paid and agreed a suitable date for delivery.
Jasmine was courteous and eager to please, as well as very able to fully answer our questions concerning the sofa-bed products. Thank you Jasmine & The Dreams Company. Christine & Tony Jackson.

I just wanted to come on here and highlight the exceptional customer service provided by a member of staff in the B419 Bracknell branch earlier today. Alex went absolutely above and beyond for my request, communicated effectively and clearly and made sure I’m at peace leaving any issues with him to resolve. More companies should look to hire those like Alex. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
