I ordered over the phone, and the attendant was very patient and explained all the options thoroughly. We had to wait 2 weeks for the mattress, but that is still shorter than the average delivery time. Delivery was also smooth and we are absolutely loving the bed!

Looking for a new bed , mattress. I must say the process from start to delivery was hitch free . Excellent sales staff , communication and delivery all as planned . Would recommend 100%.

From the time we entered the showroom everyone was helpful and went to great length to make sure the bed we chose was the best for us .Delivery day arrived and Edward and his co delivery assistant were very helpful and explained the controls etc to us .The bed is the best and most comfortable one we have ever had .It's a Temur and worth every penny. The delivery guys were very good. Super respectful and pleasant and efficient in putting our new bed together and explaining how the bed works. Unfortunately we didn’t get their names. The Dreams Staff in the Caerphilly branch were fantastic with us throughout. Many thanks to Dee and Derry.

From start to finish we were very impressed with the whole experience, we were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner as soon as we walked into the store and were guided through the whole process of selection of the correct bed for us. Delivery was arranged and took place at the date and time we were promised, and the delivery crew were both helpful and friendly. We are absolutely delighted with our new bed, it’s been the best sleep we have had in a long time.

I was looking for a mattress to replace a top quality one which I had for too many years and needed to be renewed. It was unbeatably comfortable and I really thought I would never be able to find another at what I could afford to pay. I am so glad I decided to go into Dreams that day. The salesman was easygoing and put me at my ease and allowed me to explain the type of mattress I needed and showed me items which were suited to me. He left me alone quietly to try out laying down on the different beds and when I had found one suitable (which wasn't in my price bracket) he showed me to the previously sold selection where I was able to buy the mattress at a much-reduced price. I was over the moon with the service I received and had free delivery too. Bargain.
