Excellent service at the Caerphilly store helped to find exactly what I wanted and arranged a delivery time that was convenient, kept up to date with delivery time and a call from the driver just before they arrived.

I bought a attoman bed and mattress…
I bought a attoman bed and mattress from dreams I had a very welcoming service with knowledge of the bed and mattress also after care of the mattress. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were very careful & respected my property by taking their shoes off and one man wore shoe coverings.

We received excellent service, from the Dreams sales lady, she was very knowledgeable about the Tempur Mattresses,so much so we ended up purchasing one. I would certainly recommend Dreams Caerphilly. First class service.

Dreams mattress and pillows
Really helpful in store , tried loads of different mattresses and pillows , no pressure to purchase, the guy , don't know his name, was great , storted everything out including delivery and old mattresses collection, really happy with delivery and purchase of new mattress.

Visited the Caerphilly store and the most genuine helpful polite staff instore you could ask for. Advised to try the Sleepmatch, which I did, to help find the most suitable mattress for myself. Guided me through the process pointing things out that had not been explained to me before when purchasing a mattress/bed. Would 100% recommend this store.

Sleep of dreams

Great staff. Alun I think it was . He was absolutely brilliant at explaining the different mattress types , what the bed technology analysis had recommended for me and then helped me find what was the right purchase for me without any pressure. Organised delivery and collection of old mattress which all went smoothly. I am now sleeping very comfortably. Thanks Alun.
