I am sorry that you were not happy with the cost of our disposal service.
Dreams so cost these fair as we then make sure that no part of your old bed or mattress ends up in landfill. We ensure all parts are either recycled or turned into green energy.

New bed
Bought a complete new bed from Caerphilly store... I cannot explain how helpful and pleasant the staff there were
The staff were very patient with my husband who asked lots of questions and with my grandson who was running around on our second visit
The bed was delivered and put up by 2 very pleasant men
It will take time for the new mattress to bed in but we are very happy with it and it was on sale which makes it even better

Great service and good value
I have no idea what I was looking for. Apart from a very comfortable, affordable bed. The assistant offered me choice of mattresses, explained what they were. Different types of headboards and colors got me a drink and let me use the lift because I am on oxygen. He was spot on with knowledge. I was really pleased with the service. I have used this store before and I will go back again if I need to for any other thing

First of all I want to make an apology…
First of all I want to make an apology to the Manager Dreams of Caerphilly. I called him Robin, he's name is Richard sorry Richard.
Dreams deliver team Mo and Kevin, lovely people, happy to help me as I'm on my own, unwrapped the base and mattress, put it together, and the second mattress unwrapped place. Mo give me the instructions book, whilst telling me the best way to prepare the bed for best results and care. More and Kevin gave respect by using there slippers whilst carrying out the delivery kind happy, chatty good sence of humour, my kind, it was a pleasure Mo and Kevin to meet you both

A great experience
A great experience. It was essential to be able to go and try before buying. The staff, in particular Alun, were really helpful and informative. He was also able to arrange disposal of the old bed for us. The new bed was pretty easy to put together and is very comfortable. We are really pleased and would recommend the store to others.
