Excellent customer service, delivered on time and super comfortable bed- would recommend

Would have been 5 except that I had to chase up the non-delivery of some products which it turned out were in store. So for that reason, it can be a perfect score.

The lady that made my purchase was very helpful and friendly.i think her name was diane.she helped me to find the right mattress for me and frame to support my back.i am really happy with my new bed and it helps with my bad back.i would recommend dreams to anyone.

A lovely experience to choose a bed, from the moment we stepped into the Dreams store in Caerphilly. My husband & I walked through the door looked at each other not knowing where to look first then a lovely lady named Dee she was so polite & professional & asked us if we needed help. Not having purchased a bed for a few years we just didn’t know what to go for.
Dee explained to us about Sleepmatch technology which finds your perfect mattress in minutes. By analysing your body, support needs, and how you like to sleep, Sleepmatch cuts the guesswork and instead gives you a list of mattresses perfectly tailored to you.
Dee took us through the questionnaire on a screen before trying the sleep match bed out. On finishing the test Dee offered us tea or coffee then took us to the two beds that the Sleepmatch technology came up with. Dee went through it all she was so informative & made us feel so at ease. We chose a bed that was really comfy along with pillows, I just can’t wait now until it arrives I’m looking forward to a good nights sleep. Thank you so much to this lovely lady who wasn’t pushy like you get in some stores.

Excellent experience from helpful showroom staff with excellent product knowledge, who were most certainly not let down by the delivery guys, who even wore covers over their footwear to not cause any harm to our carpets. Everyone was extremely polite and treated our property with respect. Highly recommended!!

Friendly efficient service from the staff who sold the bed at the store, to the crew who delivered and assembled the bed..explained throughly how to use controls before leaving..just half hour to assemble ..great job

The mattress I purchased is very comfortable. And the staff at the Caerphilly store were very helpful and friendly.

We didn’t feel pressured in to buying, the sales man we seen in the Caerphilly store in my opinion went above and beyond for us, the mattresses he showed us was only the ones we needed to see, he didn’t pressure us into going for the most expensive, we bought the middle range mattress, and the bed frame,from walking into store until delivery everything was perfect for us, the mattress we bought is soooooo comfy, myself or husband hasn’t suffered with any more aches in the morning from being mis sold, we was always told we needed a firm mattress when in fact we needed medium, we will us this branch again

Using the test bed gave us an idea of the right type of mattress to buy and the experience of staff pointed us in the options.

Helpful staff (not pushey). Explained all the features of various beds, explained all the finance options, arranged a prompt delivery to suit me.

The sale staff were excellent and the delivery drivers were wonderful

Sales person helpful although she did push the expensive mattresses quite alot. Disappointed to see the mattress we purchased £500 cheaper two days later, but to be fair Dreams customer services agreed to refund the difference in vouchers as a good will gesture, very happy thank you.

Encouraged to try out a good variety of mattresses until I felt really comfortable with my purchase. No pressure whatsoever even though I took absolutely ages. Great staff.
