Happy New Bed
From the first time we visited the shop to the actual delivery it was a good shopping experience. Kevin in the Gloucester shop was so helpful and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great choice. The two delivery guys were helpful and courteous too. Our house is a new build and the site is muddy but they protected our new carpets. The bed is so comfortable and I would highly recommend Dreams!

The sales man was very helpful, he showed the beds which the machine said would be good for me.

First Class All Round
Staff were brilliant. We spent 3 hours trying to decide. We were only looking for a new double Mattress.
In the end we settled on a mattress that was described as very firm by the manufacturer.
Didn’t feel that firm to us. It has proved to be the right decision.

A stress free experience
I was happy with the whole process. Delivery was on time and l am pleased with my purchase. The sales assistant was pleasant but l must say l would expect that.

Customer service is good. Items arrived. Delivery was as expected and they did put the items in the room we requested. Bed colour, mattress is of a very good quality
