Dreams - Leeds Birstall Avis 

David was the colleague who greeted me and was not pushy (which would make me run the other way). He left me to wander around on my own but stated he was there to help should I need any assistance. He suggested use of the sleep system, which I feel was accurate in recording I needed a med to firm mattress. He showed me to various types of mattresses and explained the inner workings of the mattresses. Was very clear in his explanation of every mattress/bed and order related and I got a coffee thrown in too. Highly satisfied with the service he provided. Thanks Joy

Great products and the service is really helpful, particularly for people who have specific sleep needs like a certain type of mattress or storage needs. Staff at the Birstall store are great. The sleep analysis machine works really well, give it a go!

We are not local and came in with no intention of buying a bed today we were just getting some ideas. After a conversation about what we were looking for AJ helped us find exactly what we wanted + helped us decide on the right mattress for us. He sorted us a fantastic deal and delivery has been arranged along with someone to assemble the bed within 2 weeks. AJ was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond for us, he wasn’t pushy and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with our purchase and can’t wait for our new bed to arrive.

Mattress is glorious, went on the magic mattress that told us what was the best compromise for me and my partner. Stephen from the sales team in Birstall Leeds was also incredible and so knowledgeable for our new ‘sleep system’. The delivery team were also swift and efficient.

⭐ Utterly Incompetent – Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced

Dreams are an absolute shambles. I was clearly promised an afternoon Saturday delivery for my bed. On the day itself, they casually changed it to 7am with no agreement, no warning, and no consideration whatsoever.

When I contacted customer service, it somehow got worse. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in fixing the problem. No alternative delivery time. No attempt to honour what was promised. No apology. The only option offered was to cancel the order. That is not customer service — that is pure incompetence.

People work, have commitments, and arrange their lives around deliveries. Expecting someone to suddenly be available at 7am after confirming an afternoon slot is arrogant and disrespectful. It shows Dreams have zero regard for their customers once they’ve taken your money.

If this is how Dreams operate, they should stop making promises they have no intention of keeping. This experience has been a complete waste of time and has left me with no bed and no confidence in this company whatsoever.

Avoid Dreams unless you enjoy broken promises, stress, and being treated like an inconvenience. Disgraceful from start to finish.

I bought Hyde and Sleep Ruby memory foam mattress in Dec 2023 , keep in getting issues and mattress is dipping down. Despite multiple complaints though having warranty, still no luck and still struggling and due to this we are getting back pain. Recently also complained in this month, still no luck. I strongly recommend not to buy this product at all and service is also worse.

I’ve had my new bed a week now it’s lovely and so comfortable, it was delivered exactly when they said the delivery guys were great would definitely return again
