Dreams Leeds Birstall made our mattress…
Dreams Leeds Birstall made our mattress purchase experience stress free, and helped us get over being anxious, so we could make a choice quickly and with no sales pressure at all, Stephen and the team are great and I cannot recommend them enough. The sleep machine works great alongside the experience of the team.

Great company to buy from!
The staff in store were very helpful and friendly, when I chose my bed I wasn't sure if it would fit in my new house the staff put my mind at ease and said I could secure that bed but was able to change it at any time if it wasn't going to fit which was great.
The customer service team that i dealt with were very good and it was easy to make any amendments to my order.
I paid for the bed setting up which I'm so glad I did, the men again were really friendly and helpful and did an amazing job, took away all the packaging.
The bed looks amazing and very good quality, I bought an LED Gaming Bed.
The whole experience for me with Dreams was fantastic, thank you to all the team at Birstall retail park.

Very happy with the service and product
When I went to the showroom I was greeted but was allowed to walk around on my own and didn't feel pressured at any point by the sales team. When I was ready to be helped again the member of staff wasn't pushy at all. The delivery was within the window I was given and the delivery team were so friendly, helpful and respectful. They were incredibly nice. Very happy with the service I was given throughout. And very happy with the product too. I've had no problems with anything

Excellent experience
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Miya made the experience of choosing the right mattress for us so much easier than we expected. Being offered a coffee while we waited for the paperwork to be completed was a nice touch.

The delivery team built the bed ok but…
Dreams has quiickly sorted out the issue we had and has now apologized for the upset that we had.the staff member that served us i would like to say was very nice and knew her job very well.

Buying from Dreams was an absolute ‘dream experience’
The whole experience was brilliant from ordering to delivery. Our bed was delivered on 24 June and we were kept informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble, we were able to choose our delivery date and then able to change it for a quicker one, nothing was too much trouble. The guys assembled the bed but found bottom plinth needed changing so this was arranged for 8 July - again everything went to plan and I was kept informed. All staff were very professional, helpful and courteous - I would definitely recommend and commend them on their high standards.
