From the staff in the shop who were really helpful. Tape measure in hand and a coffee while sorting out the order, to the two delivery men. Service was excellent.
Shoe covers on, polite, helpful, smiling. Rubbish taken away. To the explanation of the cover on furniture and beds, where to contact if problems. Superb. Will definitely use again and highly recommended. Thank you.

Although 4 weeks wait for my new bed
Although 4 weeks wait for my new bed, it's well worth it, so nice to sleep in a bed again after 8 weeks in a recliner chair due to a back injury.
Delivery drivers were excellent installing & explaining workings.

New bed
We were very pleased with the Lowestoft branch. The delivery of our bed was as arranged. The fitters were were very efficient and pleasant.
We are very with our bed and have both slept well in it since first used.

We got wrong colour and when requested…
We got wrong colour and when requested to redeliver they said it's going to be end of October . The price has dropped since we bought which they were not willing to change aswell. Very disappointed 😞

Thank you for taking the time to speak to me today. I am sorry for the issues you had with the bed being delivered in the wrong colour.
Unfortunately the lead time of the bed is extended at the moment, so we cannot do anything about getting this earlier. We are of course happy for you to use the bed you have currently.
I am happy however to match the price. This £50 will be back in your account in the next 7-10 days.

After being tested for a mattress that…
After being tested for a mattress that would be suitable for me I was given 7 options.
They were all good but I picked one and the delivery went seamlessly.
The delivery drivers were very cooperative and removed my old mattress and placed the new one directly onto my bed. Perfect.

New mattress
Was made welcome as soon as we walked through the door, had a lovely cup of tea, used the mattress machine, picked out 3 mattresses, the first one I tried was the one I bought, quick and easy to order, delivery was smooth and the drivers were friendly and helpful, took my old one away, and unwrapped and placed the new one on the bed.

The choice of mattresses was good.
The mattress we chose has been very comfortable. We like the fact that if it is not comfortable we can return it after 30 consecutive nights of sleeping on it.

Really helpful advice in store. Very accommodating regarding delivery date. Friendly team delivered, assembled and took away packaging. Worth paying extra. Beautiful quality of upholstered bedframe, and I'm getting such a good night's sleep!
