Superior beds and services
The sales person was friendly and approachable with much patience, and knowledge covering all aspects of the sale.
The technology was impressive as were the beds and accessories.
Certainly the most positive sales experience I've had.

Delivery quicker than expected 😀
Visited our local branch, found a bed, ordered but was advised could be up to 12 weeks delivery as it was out of stock. Received an email around 2 weeks later advising that it was ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth and no issues.

I got great information from your agent in store. I have severe disabilities and your agent spoke to me about what type of bed and mattress I would need. I haven't slept so well for years
Dreams is the shop for me I wouldn't go to another bed store good support and a great night's sleep is all that I wanted and need.

Delivery, installation and quality of the bed / mattress was excellent. A small blip because one pillow was missing from delivery but customer services rectified immediately. Would definitely recommend
