Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure.

Great service in Perth and excellent delivery service too.
Sales assistant in Perth was brilliant, I’m sorry I don’t recall his name - wasn’t pushy and really helpful. We tried all the different mattresses, got what we want and the bed we wanted too. Delivery was excellent, the 2 guys were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Brilliant from start to finish.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable (enjoyed a bit of friendly banter too).
Ordered a new mattress without any issues.
The guys who delivered the mattress kept us informed about their arrival time, were very friendly. I loved the little shoe covers they had for when they came indoors!

from start to finish things went smoothly, from selection to delivery to having a whole week of great sleep on my new mattress, can't fault anything I would highly recommend Dreams if any of my friends were in the market for a new bed

False promises
When in the shop to exchange a matress that we previously purchased for a different one. We found one we liked which offered 2 free pillows, we spoke with the sales person and he said yeah if you take that mattress today you get the pillows free, he even took us and showed us the pillows that we would get worth £54 each. As the mattress was an exchange the order had to be sent to customer support and they would get in touch for payment for the diffrence in price between the 2 mattresses. When calling the shop to pay the outstanding balance we asked about the free pillows only to be told we wouldnt be getting them! We cant understand why the sales person would say one thing to us in the shop then over the phone say something completely diffrent!
