Excellent service on arriving in plympton store welcoming and offered help and advice purchased bed booked delivery delivery kept us uptodate on time off arrival and they rang again when arriving and delivered bed with a courtesy and smile ,.

Myself and my partner visited the store to purchase beds for our new home. Hannah was a fantastic help. She assessed our needs using the mattress finder (v nice experience), made us a tea and went around lots of the mattresses with us. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the beds for delivery and assembly service. Both beds (1 king size and 1 double ottoman) were assembled by 2 gents in around an hour! Fantastic service from start to finish.

I was blown away by the level of customer service. The delivery of my bed and mattress was quick and efficient and the drivers were extremely friendly. They even overcame a potential issue with the stair lift to avoid having to fail the delivery due to insufficient space so I was also impressed with their commitment to going the extra mile.

Excellent service in store in Plymouth. This carried on with the delivery of our matress. We received a text on the Saturday with a 2 hr slot for delivery on Monday .Monday we received a call from the driver to say they were 10mins away. exactly 10 mins they arrived. Both delivery guys stopped at the door and put on slippers.
They took the old matress away and removed the plastic from the new one on the bed and gave us lots of advice and booklet. They were done dusted within 10 mins. so professional and personable. Very impressed.

I am really sorry but Dreams have let us down big style this time, having had to wait almost a month for our new mattress to be delivered today they came up with a lame excuse that they came to our front door and knocked but no answer, our kitchen is next to our front door, we have a dog who didn't bark, no vehicle was parked outside, I was in all day, phoned customer service who made an excuse he didn't have all the information from the delivery driver but then offered us another delivery date of 18th August, 3 more weeks away, this is not acceptable, this is a disgrace, when you spend good money you expect a service not a shambles. We have made the decision to talk to the Trading Standards because this is unacceptable, how about making a gesture of giving us a refund, that would be good DREAMS.

We recently purchased a new mattress from Dreams in Plymouth and they were excellent. The store had a wide selection of mattresses and Mominah, our customer service assistant, did a fantastic job of talking us through the new technologies and explaining all the options. Once we decided which mattress to go for, she arranged delivery and the collection of our old mattress and gave us a number of discounts to help reduce the cost. Her advice was great and we really appreciated her friendly, informative approach. One week later the mattress was delivered by 2 very professional delivery guys and they took the old mattress for recycling at the same time. Overall, we were very impressed with Dreams, they clearly have a very customer focused approach and the 100 night return guarantee means that if we don't get on with our new mattress, then they will replace it with another mattress of our choice! Well done Mominah and Dreams, great job! You made it easy for us and we love our new mattress.

The staff were not only skilled professions by exceptionally caring.

Firstly, there was no trouble exchanging my mattress, the company was very helpful, and explained the process of collecting and delivering the new mattress. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The men Jason and Josh who delivered my mattress was very friendly and helpful, and phoned me with the time they would be arriving.
Would recommend Dreams to anyone if the are looking for a bed x
